Review 1：We stayed for just one night and Miguel was a terrific host and bar tender. He made our stay that much more enjoyable. He was very at attentative and assisted us with our future travels with in the area. We will definitely recommend the San Biagio Relais!
Review 2：The staff tried to make us happy. First I had trouble operating the shower with hot water. Fixed jiffy quick. The pillows were too hard. In no time we had softer pillows.
Review 3：The hotel is super easy to find & reception was very helpful to direct me to the parking (almost across the street in the school yard) Very close to the main piazza, has great inner courts, very quite. The room was nice & well equipped. Breakfast selection was huge & coffee very good. The receptionist was efficient, cordial, friendly, and very very helpful. And the wifi deserves extra points.
Review 4：We opted for the booking.com upgrade offer that came through a few daysbefore our arrival. Upon checking in, we realised this had not beengiven to us. The bathroom did not have a shower, just a tap on a hose inthe bathtub.. When we headed to breakfast in the morning the floors werecovered in a carpet of dead bugs, I assume mosquitoes.. Finally thebuffet breakfast that had been a highlight of our previous trip to thishotel was the saddest buffet I've ever seen. There were bugs allover the fruit selection, there were no staff to be seen. Couldn'twait to get out of there this time around.

Review 11：this hotel has very helpful and friendly staff and excellent beds and bathrooms. aircon, curtains, breakfast, wifi, bar, breakfast all fine. The general atmosphere is serene. I enjoyed the peace and a goodnight sleep in the high quality bed.
