Review 1：The food and the resort itself was awesome. Everything we ate whether it was Indian, Chinese or south Indian was fantastic. The resort has a lot to offer in terms of hidden spots and beautiful sitting places.

Review 15：I have been to many places in India and abroad, I have not seen staff, cleanliness, facilities and location being perfect/so good and in place at all times during my stay. It really felt being at home. Honestly, I would have paid much more for these facilities. The value for money was too good. My family had all they needed for à perfect vacation.

Review 17：There was a karaoke every night from 7 - 10 which is very loud and can be heard throughout the hotel which is really unnecessary. Food was OK.

Review 35：i would like to suggest to keep the heaters, since it's too cold at night. Keep the breakfast timing 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Provide complementary dry snacks and cold drinks in room. Provide slippers for all members in the room.

Review 38：I had booked the placed after reading reviews about it though I was not sure since it is little bit costly as compared to my usual choices. But it is definitely worth every penny spent.

Review 39：Before a guest checks out, the management sends 2 staff to the room, who pull out drawers, open cupboards, count towels, etc. making you stand there and end up feeling that you are a thief and hence, being searched. Another very bad aspect is that on the day of check-out, we had to do so at 06.15 a.m., so we had requested for packed breakfast, which was included in our package. They served only some papaya and 4 pieces of stale sandwiches that were tasteless and uneatable. Eek... The F&B Manager is an over-smart person.

Review 40：The staff, especially those in the front office, and Sushmita, in particular are excellent and care for a guest's every minute need and are always smiling. The facilities are excellent. Both my wife and me have back problems, and hence cannot have soft beds, when I requested them to change their soft mattresses, immediately they arranged for hard mattresses, so that we didn't have trouble sleeping. Food was ok. Location was fantastic.
