Review 1：It might get quite noisy as the owners live right about the studios they rent, so if someone wants to sleep until late that might be an issue.
Review 2：The studio is nicely refurbished at the ground floor of an old farmhouse, the location is tranquil, in the middle of the fields ( one needs a car to get there). Winter (the hosts' dog) is a joy! The owners are very helpful. Very close to many great places in Umbria (e.g., Perugia, Assisi, Montefalco, Deruta)
Review 3：It's an old house, so it's noisy. Very small bathroom and a very narrow shower entrance (we had the smallest accomodation). Not suitable without a car.
Review 4：Excellent price/quality, perfect location for a short stay on a quiet spot near Assisi, Perugia etc. Very friendly and helpfull hosts that speak Enligsh.
