Review 1：We were hoping to use the spa, but it had to be pre-booked and was not free for residents, which was disappointing.

Review 2：Good location, we wanted an overnight stop outside the city. Aar was easy to find. The road was busy all night, but the room was well soundproofed. Good location for IKEA, but not 'over the road' as the blurb suggests - about half km and not walkable. Breakfast very bread-based, buffet style.

Review 3：Poor breakfast with the worst coffee ever - if you want a good coffe you have to pay wich is not normal for a four star hotel with a high price per night.

Review 5：L'hotel is perfectly situated if you want to rest before continuing your trip to Lefkada. The staff are very kind. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel is absolutely new, everything shines. This is the best hotel in the area.

Review 11：Stayed only one night in our way to Ionian Islands. Arrived late and if you don't plan to visit the city it's convenient, otherwise it's quite far out.

Cigarette smoke from other rooms or lobby all up to our room!? Not very clean bathroom for 4 stars. Over all, not wort half payed money, I should listen to some rewievers...

Review 14：Breakfast is pretty much terrible in the entire region (incl Albania, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Croatia etc), that's a given and coffee is very bad. Another given. Other than these minor things it's fine. The hotel is very very nice but it's in the middle of nowhere right next to a busy road. The pool view consists of the road. I guess it's good for weddings.

Review 20：Well, the hotel is excellent for the value of money. Location is on the highway from Ioannina to Athens, just infront of IKEA, HM, JUMBO. If you are planning for shopping this is the best location. A bit far from the city center, but still in 15 minutes driving you could reach center. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was OK. SPA looked amazing, even though we stayed shortly and didn't have chance to try it. Highly recommend , and will definitely book again on my next trip.

Review 26：I traveled for business and stayed at Aar for 9 nights. I needed to have luxury and comfort after a long work day so Aar hotel proved to be the right choice. I liked the spacious parking, the proximity to the shopping Mall, the luxury and space of the unit and common areas, the cleanliness and the service. The surrounding landscape is also relaxing and natural to start your day in a positive way.

The detail was flawless even had fly screens were I could have a snooze with the doors open and not rely on air con. The pool was perfect and very nice, authentic Greek breakfast and must say tasty . Air conditioning not switched on.hot rooms could only be cooled down by opening window and enjoying the trucks noise driving at anytime on main road. Spa and fitness not opened yet. Was not announced at booking. Pool directly at 10m from main road, no umbrella. Do not trust this hotel presentation. Price looks cheap but balanced with services and constraints ends up to be quite expensive
