Review 1：Very poor rooms sound isolation. Need to improve room cleaning. A lot of dust and lack of proper cleaning. Surprised by extra fees for room cleaning although nothing mentioned in booking confirmation. We refused to pay extra hidden costs. Especially for such poor cleaning quality.
Review 2：Good location for skiing in Pinzolo and Madonna. Close to parks within walking distance to beatiful nature surroundings, pedestrian foopaths, great for running and excercising. Helpful and friendly reception staff.
Review 3：Be prepared to pay extra if you book through booking.com - 10 Eur for towels and linien, 15Eur for each sauna use. We were told that towel charge only applies to booking.com reservations which is strange. The receptionist was not helpful either. There is a folding bed in the studio and it is small (i stayed in #9)

Review 8：Quiet, and yet all local amenties within a few mins walk. For a slightly busier town, Pinzolo, is just 10 mins walk away. Very friendly receptionist. Lovely views from our window! A breath of fresh air.
