Review 1：Your website is cheating customers without properly checking the facilities, accepting bookings by showing different hotel and giving rooms at a different venue. Booking was made for suite room and on the day of check in was informed rooms have been sold out. The hotel authorities claimed Advance payment wasn't paid hence room was not allocated, wherein the booking.com site never insisted on advance payment. Overall completely dissatisfied both with booking.com.
