Review 1：As we had no car we thought that walking along the road to the village of Marina might be a problem. This was not the case due to convenient steps down to the road and a pleasant walk way along the shoreline away from the road proved to be an enjoyable experience.
Review 2：We liked the comfortable apartment and its excellent view from the balcony. The apartment owner was very friendly and most helpful in ensuring we had an early morning taxi to Split airport when we came to leave.

Review 14：The apartment is just like on the pictures! Equipment is modern and very comfortable. Everything in the bathroom works like it should do. We indulged ourselves with breakfasts on the balcony. Also we enjoyed the pool which is a good option if You don't want to go to the beach.
Review 15：Arrived very early as we had to hand over our Sunsail boat, and we were made very welcome. Loved the spaciousness of the flat, the magnificent view and the beautiful swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful host.

Review 18：Excellent, the staff were extremely attentive, the rooms are clean and their equipment is excellent. I recommend it is only a step between the apartment and the sea (beach). The outdoor pool is nice and clean. The car carport placed. WIFI is excellent. All flawless !!!
Review 19：Ljiljana was the perfect hostess, very friendly and helpful. Her husband even collected our luggage from the airport for us when it arrived two days late. The apartment was spotlessly clean and so was the pool and surroundings. Fabulous sea view in an unspoilt location. We will have no hesitation in recommending Villa Marija.
Review 20：Not a lot! A small issue with the boiler but it didn't ruin our stay. The lounge would benefit from an additional sofa/chair as the apartment sleeps 4 and the L-shaped sofa comfortably seats 2-3.
Review 21：Loved the location mainly because of the amazing view, proximity to the beach, the village of Marina and to Split airport. Also Trogir, Krka and the many islands off the coast of Dalmatia were in easy reach. Apartment itself was beautifully appointed, lacking only in a kettle and toaster but we made good use of the coffee maker, saucepans and grill instead! huge bathroom, quality outside seating on the balcony and satellite TV that worked. Pool was small but clean and had lovely loungers. The hosts were very kind and generous and even with the language barrier we had a good laugh with them which made our stay even better. We will definitely return!

Review 27：Very nice new place with fully furnished trendy apartments. The view is excellent to the bay of Marina from the balconies. You can park your car in their garden.The hosts are extremely kind people they helped us a lot and we couldn't ask anything they wouldn't have done for us to make our time even better. Marina is a small place right between Trogir and Primosten the most beautiful towns of the area. Both of them is in less than 30 mins drive from Marina. All in all, we had an excellent time in Villa Marija and we'll definitely stay there, but next time for at least 2 weeks! Good news is their swimming pool and wellness is under construction expected to be finished this summer! ;)
