Review 1：Good location, great staff, good food at The Trattoria of the hotel. Nice view. Massage was awesome, all the swiming area and the spa are amazing. Good experience.

Review 8：We spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding the Garda lake. It is the second time we stayed at this hotel and again everything was fine, the breathless view, the modern large rooms, confortable and well equipped, the SPA, a jewel integraded in a low impact structure, with two fantastic pools (one warm for winter time) and five different saunas. We have tried both the two restaurants for dinner, good (but not exceptional) experience.

Review 11：My deep tissue massage. the masseuse had no idea how to give this type of massage, it was terrible!mI complained and they were surprised. I've had hundreds of deep tissues massages, this was the very worse. The management should have reimbursed me the money for this expensive treatment, no gestures at all were made.

The restaurants were both first class and everything we asked for they delivered. The spa one of the finest we ever visited. The staff of course were charming.

One the night I arrived, when I went to the toilet I noticed the toilet bowl hadn't been cleaned and another day I arrived into the bedroom to see the cleaning lady rinsing the coffee mug under a tap before drying it with what looked like a bathroom towel and putting it back on the tray. I must say that in any other way everything looked clean however.

Review 114：The rule for spa is only for the guest. When I make sure for the courseand the therapist then I make a reservation . I can't cancel it in24 hours or I will be fully charged. But the time is up I get there thetherapist didn't show up for sickness I cancel it they didnt chargeme but they dont think they should have the equal compensation to me.They argue" we can offer you the same course you refuse, only notthe same therapist" thisbis from their young staff,How do youthink?they think they can't avoid this kind of situation. But if thecustomer happen you only should pay your money to express your sorry andthey only use their mouths.
