Review 13：The hotel is a bit far from Ioannina, in a rural area, near the lake (it is an excellent location if you have a car). Despite this, it was a bit noisy in the morning, with lorries and motorbikes zooming past.

Great value for money if you have a car as it is a bit outside town (and thanks to this very quiet) and close to local tavernas. We were overall very happy with our stay!

Review 49：This hotel is a 10/ 10 hotel in every single respect. It's like brand new and spotlessly clean, they provide a great breakfast as well. The WI-FI was excellent, the heating and air con was also spot on. All the staff were genuinely friendly and the owner showed me the way to a local car garage, hairdressers and mobile phone shop whilst I followed in my car, now that's far beyond what most hotel owners would do and I never expected this kind and thoughtful service. I just paid the bill and noticed they did not charge me for washing some clothes for me, the owner just smiled and said "no charge, maybe we see you again", and they will for sure if ever I am in the area again. No wonder all the guests and all the staff are so happy, it shows in there being a very happy atmosphere in the hotel. They don't even charge a fortune to stay, there is no need to search for other hotels in the area, you found the best one here.

Review 54：Staff and owners were very pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. We plan on returning again for a relaxing and peaceful time. Would be good to have some English channels on the TV whereas it was mostly Greek channels. All in all very good! I have recommended it to others and they also have stayed there and enjoyed their stay. You definitely need a car when there. Difficult to get anything to eat in the evenings locally in the winter period but should be no problem locally in the summer. 5km to the town centre restaurants.

Review 58：The staff is excellent, so friendly and helpful. We stayed for just one night, in transit, but they made us feel at home. The room was spotless, and the children's beds were made when we got there. One of our kids is 12 - and 6 is the limit for kids' accommodation in extra beds - but we didn't have any problems and the extra beds are regular single beds, nice and comfy. Breakfast was good and varied, view from restaurant great. We had complimentary water and wine in the minibar, very nice.

Review 61：A hotel in a nice location, opposite Ioannina across Lake Pamvotis, so we had great views of the lake and the city. Courteous staff. We were also positively impressed by the excellent buffet breakfast. Extremely varied, with many local products and even some original ones, like a delicious and healthy dessert, made from layers of mild cheese or yogurt, cereals and jam. Besides, someone from the staff was pacient enough to teach anyone interested to prepare coffee on sand. Great way to start your day.

Review 70：The hotel is about 5 miles out of Ioannina on a quiet road. There is parking both in a small front yard or on the road in front of the hotel. The room was small but adequate with a small shower room - it was superbly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable.We also enjoyed the power shower. The balcony was tiny but afforded a view to the distant lake. Staff were extremely friendly and polite and spoke good English. Wired internet in the room worked well - Ethernet leads are provided by the hotel.The continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful, catering for most tastes. All in all it was very good value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

Review 72：The stay was very pleasant. The location is good if you have a car- this is just 5 minutes from the center of Ioannina. The staff is extremely friendly. We would like to specially praise the breakfast room staff who went long way to satisfy our dietary restrictions. The rooms are very comfortable. WiFi is available only in public areas, but we had a cable with us, so the internet worked very well this way from the room. The breakfast is very good and diverse. The only minor problem was the mosquito attack in the evening when we wanted to stay on the porch. The hotel is very much recommended.

Review 76：Three things we didn't like so much: 1) The use of the Spa area (steambath, sauna, whirlpool) was not for free, but with an extra chargedepending on the equipment used (E.G. 15€ per person per day for usingthe steam bath, 10€ per person per day for using the sauna etc.).Normally, the use of the Spa area is for free and you have to pay onlyfor a massage or any other extra treatment which involves a humanintervention. The excuse was that the price of the rooms is so low thatthe use of the Spa area cannot be included (unfortunately the extra costis not mentioned in the booking.com presentation of the hotel). 2) Thefree wlan in entire hotel which is mentioned in the booking.compresentation page is not true. You get wired internet in your room (nowlan) and wireless internet in the hotel lounge (the only problem withthissetting is that you cannot access internet in your room throughmobile phones, you have to go downstairs to the lounge). The hotelexcuse was that they set it like this in order to avoid radiation fortheir customers (I think it has more to do with the extra cost of thetransmitters).3) We asked for a twin room (with lake view) at the time of our booking, but when we arrived we had to choose between a double room with lake view or a twin room with mountain view. All in all our stay in the hotel was fantastic and the 3 negative pointa mentioned above could not spoil the good feeling of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
