Review 1：The room was very clean .. but when my daughter dropped her play ball and it fell under the bed and we looked there was a lot of dust and bits. also the breakfast was rather strange. cucumber tomatoes and olives next to cold boiled eggs and hard dry bread..,would have been nice to maybe have a toaster to warm the bread. and an alternative to the one type of coffee from the machine .

Review 3：Located at the sea of Ioannina, Hotel Akti not only offers a great view at the surrounding mountains - it has more in stock for the travellers staying here. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfy, Wifi is stable and fast and parking not a problem. Great value for money, excellent breakfast.

Review 12：Located in a residential area with barking dogs and screaming children. Extra beds in family room similar to camping beds. Can't see the view as there are too many trees. Breakfast consists of dry bread, cheap cold cuts and cheese, boiled eggs, overripe tomatoes, three whole apples and massive bowls of honey and Nutella - obviously to fill space!

Review 19：Having been before we chose to return to this hotel rather than stay in town as we knew we could find it and park easily. The young lady on reception (Eva) was very helpful. She went through the map of town to show us where things were. Buffet breakfast was good. Nice size room. Twin beds but put together. Clean. The kitchenette only had 3 drinking glasses in it - no cups, plates, knives, forks or pans. Before we had more things. Not a problem for us this time so we didn't ask for stuff but wondered if they had stopped providing these.

Review 23：The noise: lack of insulation between floors. With an incessantly talking upstairs neighbour, this is bad news. The kitchen facilities are minimal, though the receptionist managed to find us cooking pans, two plates and cutlery.

Review 26：We liked Eva the receptionist who helped us with everything we needed with a smile and willingness. The hotel is modern. There is a kitchen in the room and the room is spacious. There is a large balcony with the beautiful lake view.
Review 27：At least 30 minutes walking to the centre, no restaurants or supermarkets in the vicinity, dogs barking all night long, set in an industrial and in the evening even slightly eerie area. Could not see the lake for the trees...

Review 29：The temp of the shower was unstable, possibly impacted form water off/on in other parts of the building. The sound of dogs barking & cats fighting persisted more than comfortable, however closing the window shutters & bathroom door reduced this annoyance to tolerable... we slept ok.

Review 33：Until 8:00 in the morning, receprion is closed. The breakfast is served also from 8:00, so if you want to go earlier you are going withouth breakfast which is included in room rate. Two extra beds in 4 bed room are poor quality (not good for this price). They book twice my credit card for stay. First booking they did 10 days before stay, and second after stay. I contact them to ask to cancel first booking, because my stay is paid, but they said that it was checking of CC. They keep value booked for a 30 days and than my Bank cancel it.

The hotel has its own parking, which meant a lot to us, because we went back from seaside and the car has been full of things Ioannina is very beautiful city, and we recommend and city and hotel
