Reviews for Sea of Galilee Panoramic View

Review 1:The ONLY thing that would have made our stay 'more perfect' was if night swimming in the wonderful pool was allowed.

Review 2:The place is absolutely beautiful!!! We were an extended family of parents, adult children, and grandchildren, staying in four different units, allowing for wonderful 'together' time as well as a bit of privacy.

Review 3:Cabin for 6 does not cater for 6 adults. The cabin has one bedroom, and 4 extra beds are placed in the livingroom next to the spa and small diningtable. The cabin has just one bathroom. There are only 4 chairs with the diningtable. The veranda has a nice big table but only 4 chairs. The room feels cramped and packed.

Review 4:The view is beautiful. Nice quiet atmosphere by the swimmingpool.

Review 5:I thought we overpaid for what we got - the room is not serviced, no meals are included and too small to sleep 4 people.

Review 6:The view, the bed and friendly, helpful Rachel. The pool was great.

Review 7:If you are not from the area, you might get confused trying to find the zimmer. This is due to the fact that their name in English is different from the Hebrew name (and therefore very hard to find on GPS). However, just email Racheli (the owner) ahead of time and she can email you the exact coordinates that can be entered in GPS.

Review 8:We stayed at the Sea of Galilee Panoramic View for the second time, and absolutely loved it. This zimmer has about 8 cabins, so it is a pretty small and intimate property. You can choose from either a one or two level cabin. The one level cabins are located closer to the view of the Galilee, and have an open lawn in front of them with outside seating area. The inside of the cabin is designed as a studio, with everything in one room. The cabin has a small kitchen, living area, bedroom, and indoor jacuzzi that faces the water with wraparound windows. The two level cabins are located farther from the view of the Galilee, and therefore do not have a view of the Galilee from the first floor (where the living room & kitchen is located). However, the second floor (where the bedroom is) has a fantastic view of the water. In addition, there is a beautiful large balcony on the second floor with a big jacuzzi and sofa/coffee table. We opted for the two level cabin because of the outdoor jacuzzi. They recently finished building a nice swimming pool on the property. This really makes the zimmer feel more like a resort, and was a refreshing way to end our afternoon before dinner. The zimmer is located right next door to Moshbutz, a wonderful little restaurant that serves breakfast through dinner. We absolutely loved watching the sun set with a glass of wine outside the restaurant before sitting down to a relaxed meal. I highly recommend this zimmer as a base to explore the Galilee and surrounding areas. We personally preferred the two level cabin because it offered more privacy, as well as the jacuzzi on the balcony. I suggest you ask for one of these if you're going on a romantic couples vacation. However, families with young kids or groups who are staying in more than one room would probably prefer the one level cabin. The kids would have more room to run around on the grass and open areas.

Review 9:Cabin is really designed for 2. The extra beds for our children (a sofa and foldaway bed) were not the most comfortable.

Review 10:Stunning views across the sea of Galilee into the sunset. Swimming pool, veranda, gazebo, hammock, Jacuzzi bath. A complimentary half bottle of wine was a lovely surprise as was the capsule coffee machine with complimentary capsules.

Review 11:Be prepared for some "authentic" rural smell, as the resort is located next to a cow plant. Zero recommendations on sights nearby. Outdated internal design. Questionable price-value ratio.

Review 12:Beautiful lake-view. Jacuzzi on the balcony is special, great fun and totally relaxing. Very good place for kids. But be prepared for some "authentic" rural smell, as the resort is located next to a cow plant. Zero recommendations on sights nearby. Outdated internal design. Questionable price-value ratio.

Review 13:Wanderful decoration and view.

Review 14:Fantastic view and setting! Lovely cottages well furnished. Great staff with excellent service! Quiet, private, fantastic pool.

Review 15:Very bad odor from cow stalls right at the entrance to site. Did not clean room during our stay or even bring fresh towels.

Review 16:whirlpool tub

Review 17:Amazing place !! Quiet location, beautiful view on the lake, very charming accomodation, very welcoming and helpful host. Definitely our favorite place in Israel and we will come back. Plus the close restaurant Habikta is delicious !!

Review 18:It was a little hard to find. The location is wonderful, but there are no road signs on the main road on Ramot. It was a little hard to find.

Review 19:the private lodge we stayed in was very cute and comfortable. We were there for our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful place for that. We loved the jacuzzi and the kitchen and the views. We were the only people staying there at the time so that might have added to the quietness and quality of the place. Overall it was wonderful.

Review 20:Nothing to complain

Review 21:We loved the stunning amazing view, the cosy bungalow, the chilling terrace and garden and the warm hearted welcome from the very nice and helpful owner. We had a very good and relaxing time, even the kids (18month and 5 years) enjoyed everything, especially the whirlpool.

Review 22:Beautiful setting above the Kinneret, amazing sunsets. Cabin was clean and well-appointed, very comfortable. Moshav restaurant was as good as many high-end ones in the US.

Review 23:The children loved it. Would like to go back there again.

Review 24:Great location to explore the area and Racheli was extremely helpful

Review 25:very nice place, welcomed by the owner a nice lady taking care of the place. the view is amazing
