Review 1：There was no help with luggage and the staff on the front desk were either not available or not interested in what you needed. We didn't think the service was representative of a four star hotel. We arrived and there was no soap in the bathroom so we called and asked for some and got two mini mini soaps.

Review 3：When I originally made my reservation, I was going alone. My husband was able to join me afterwards, so when I checked in, they originally had me set up for a single room, even though I had no option of type of room to choose. When I stated it would be two of us and if there were any available rooms, the receptionist checked and stated they had one available and could place us there. She never stated it would cost more or what the difference was. It wasn't until I checked out the next day that I was told my cost was more than double of what I had booked it for. Unbelievable! When checking into this hotel, make sure you double-check that they will honor what you booked it for online.

Review 5：The staff was not really friendly, every day we required to prepare the table for the breakfast. We have 2 small babies under 2 years old and payed for boath of them extra money.(240 EUR boath for 5 nights) We added this info that we have babies as a comment when we booked it via Booking. com and nobody informed us to pay this extra money for such small children

Review 7：No hot breakfast options apart from eggs. I asked for hard boiled due to pregnancy and kept getting way under done for even soft. Not great selection for evening menu. We ate there 3 nights due to issues at other restaurants and struggled with the choice. The soups were the nicest part. Nothing going on in hotel, very limited facilities but other hotels may be similar round there for that. Some dried blood on towel railing in bathroom my husband had to remove, otherwise very clean.

Review 10：A Ridiculous Hotel! We are still wondering how this Hotel could be rated as a 4 Stars! Access to the parking was made with gravel pavement-heavy suitcases did not roll! Access to our rooms was walking through the Breakfast Lobby! Between croissants and cups! Glasses in the bathrooms were dirty, our room carpet was wet, and smelt wet dog! Despite few requirements, rooms were on -1 Floor with absolutely no view of the Lake! NEVER, EVER AGAIN! In addition, as you can imagine now, we do not recommend it!

Review 14：Very good and quiet location with a marvelous view at the lake, the hotel is very clean, spacious, it has big garden and private beach, staff is very kind and helpful. We had breakfast included, there's plenty of choices. Tried few dishes during the day sometimes and it was always delicious.

Review 15：Breakfast was like being onboard a rudderless ship without a captain. Cups, sources, knives, forks, napkins were all lost at sea with the staff unable to locate any (well eventually they did but no one seemed to care). The buffet itself was very average and not really becoming of a 4 star hotel.

Review 16：The room overlooking the lake was absolutely brilliant. Light, airy, clean and comfortable. The food at dinner was excellent. A good wine choice was available.

Review 17：The room was much smaller (12 m2) than it was declared in the booking.com (30 m2) with much less facilities that should be available in a four stars hotel. Value for money leaves to be desired as compared with other siimilar hotels in the lake.
