Review 1：The hotel is run by a bunch of Chinese (not of the smiling type), some of whom are difficult to understand both in english and italian. Their site at Booking com boasts a 24-hour front desk. This is not true. From early afternoon you will have to ring the bell by the front door. You can expect a fair amount of waiting. The hotel itself is ok and good for the price, but a bit inconvenient if you are a turist : the piazza Galimberti-district (old city) is far to the north.
Review 2：Parking was problematic. We parked in a public lot b/c we couldn't get a spot in front of hotel and our rental car got vandalized. Either use public transportation or manage to park near the front door. Staff only spoke Italian (no English or French). Walls are paper thin - no real insulation between rooms or the restaurant downstairs (chairs dragging was disturbing). This may be a concern for light sleepers.

Review 9：No one speak Engish, It's very difficult to communicate...and it's very noisy. You can even hear them chatting the next door... And the wifi is very poor... And also, in the middle of the night their knocking on my hotel room it's annoying I didn't sleep :(
