Review 13：We wanted to have windows open at night rather than air con running, but barking dogs made this impossible. They belonged to the impressive gated villas down the hill. Perhaps a town council person could solve this for everyone in the area??

Review 14：What we liked was the amazing thrill we got when we found ourselves staying inside the Eutruscian walls of a 15th century village, in a restored and renovated monastery. No previous reviewers had mentioned this and we expected a large country farmhouse type building within a village from the pictures. This hotel is the most understated accommodation on booking.com. Lots of reviewers have mentioned the good spa, lovely pool, excellent restaurant, but the setting is something out of a movie set. Make sure you wander the streets late in the evening!! Perfect for any Umbrian based travel. We travelled to Assisi one day and to Perugia another in a perfect 3 night stopover.

Review 15：The restaurant at the hotel was way overpriced. Probably because it's the only restaurant in town. And the fitness isn't actually a fitness. Wellnesscentre is also overpriced. Very small pool and not enough sunbeds.

Review 16：You book this hotel for it's magnificent view. The hotel(room) was okay but not spectacular. It's like time stood still in this small village and there aren't many tourists. Location is good for visiting Perugia and Assisi. Good breakfast.

Review 21：Excellent room and views. Friendly staff. The location of the hotel is in a small town and the views over the landscape are beautiful. Very quiet and a place to relax. The hotel is surrounded by small churches and has a very peaceful atmosphere. If we could have changed anything we would liked to have stayed longer than only 1 night. Close to Assisi ( by car) Excellent restaurant and service, we had the best dinner since a long time. High quality food, excellent chef. Also the breakfast is excellent. We would recommend the restaurant to all of our friends.

Review 22：We did not know the hotel is situated in the hill, so we drove very lateand found it difficult to drive at dark. Fortunately we had a gps so itis not difficult to locate the hotel. We need to park the car at theentrance of the hill and walked to serach for the hotel. Also the roomis very dark and it is better to put two more lights in the room.
