Review 1：monkeys around so no kids in garden or late eve stroll, no kid activities, whatever were there were not upto mark, bathroom maintenance poor- broken washbasin, no clean good quality towels, damaged pool table.

Review 5：The waiters needs to be more proactive and connected. They are slow to respond. swimming pool is not temperature controlled. For a place where peak season is winter and is luxury property, it doesn't provide value for money it charges.

Review 6：Overall maintenance of the property was good. The layout and view, staff was decent. Restaurant rates are very reasonable however layout of the food could be better.

Review 9：Price vs value. I booked thru net and the rate came as 42000 for 2 rooms for 2 night. When I reached it was 53000. Shocked as 24% was hidden cost as tax. Left a very poor taste. Very upset with booking.com

Review 13：I loved it all. The staff are amazing. The hotel is very well maintained and It's very clean. The staff are constantly on the move and always happy to help. Other than that they have a spa, a swimming pool and a kids play area. The spa is not free but it is well worth the money. Also the food buffet is very good with plenty of choice and amazing deserts.

Review 16：Room no 260, it had a peculiar smell in it during our last visit for 2 nights. We had 3 rooms but this room 260, in spite of several effects by the house keeping the smell did not disappear. We also had no option to change the room as the hotel was full. Comparing to all the facilities and amenities I find the water pressure in the shower area is very low in all rooms

Review 17：I like the hotel structure and the way it is built. l liked it's services, food quality and is comfortable rooms. It gives a well planned resort feeling. I have been travelling to Mahableshwar almost every year since I was 4 years and have tried a lot of hotels, I have also done my schooling from Billimoria High School, Panchgani which the educational town close to Mahableshwar and is about 30 minutes drive from Mahableshwar, now I am 34 years and I find this hotel the best as on date. It is also centrally located and not very far from the local market. Definitely does not have the best natural view which some other hotels in Mahableshwar and Panchgani have.

Review 18：A lot of store shifting happened on the floor above for good about an hour which caused a disturbance while going to sleep at night. Avoidable.

Review 58：The negatives were the checkin which took a while even though i have communicated multiple times that i will check in at 10am. Additionally my choice of room was not provided. The room acoustic were not good. I could hear the TV playing in the next rooms or people using the bathroom. Through the night there was guests moving in the lobby and my sleep got disturbed few times.
