Review 1：The staff at the reception could give more useful information on the place and the things to do spontaneously (such as bike rental, leisure activities, etc.). The really crowded beach (Tahiti)...even in September! we were surprised!

Review 2：The view from the balcony, the garden, the restaurant, the kitchen in the room, the opportunity to wash our clothes (even if expensive!), the kindness of the staff, the swimming pool, the location (possible to walk to different beaches)

The pool, The restaurant. overall a great place to stay the staff were very helpful when you needed anything and unobtrusive when you did not. The location requires a car to get most places and the beaches were wonderful, yu should rent a boat its well worth it.

Review 5：All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property had excellent facilities and the room was spacious with everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony and poolside dining.

Review 6：We had a perfect 4days at this property. Staff were helpful, flexible, receptionist and engineer speaking english well enough. Our air-condition didn't work correctly just for 1 night but the very next day we were given back the whole cost of the air conditioning!! Very polite gesture of the staff! The appartment had a very nice sea-view, and was just about a 50 metres from the "secret private bay", a senseful path leading there.

Review 9：We went in October, so it was a bit off season, so there were not any shops open. This is the only thing we didn't feel comfortable about

Review 10：Capo Coda Cavallo is a small peninsula which is a natural reserve, thus it has so many small bays and beaches with fabulous views over Tavolara and Molara islands! We had a perfect view from our apartment balcony and a paradise beach (on the way to Cala Suaraccia) is just minutes walk from the hotel.

Review 11：Paying extra for the air-con which we didn't use on principle because it should have been included in the above average price. Having ants along our outside stairway, the kitchen & bathroom. They should get a professional in to deal with them instead of using a spray each day.

Review 12：The view was fabulous from our balcony and the bar and pool was only a few minutes away.

Review 13：Balcony was key. Great for socializing and taking in the beautiful views. Kitchen was functional and clean. Enjoyed having bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Satellite TV was great. Washer was great to freshen wardrobe while on holiday.

Review 14：The place itself is not very easy to find and no one would pick up the phone when calling the number highlighted on booking.com (we were calling in the early afternoon, around 13h30). Moreover we had some issue at when checking-in, we arrived during check-in times showed on booking.com and i) the office was closed; ii) the office had a panel with a mobile number to call for check-in, this number was not active and iii) we were told that check-in times on booking-com are wrong. Despite the check-in issue, our stay was great

Review 15：Location, it's literally 5 min drive from not one but many gorgeous beaches and the swimming pool on site is a nice b-plan. Room was neat and pretty modern, with an amazing view on the sea from the terrace. Restaurant is very good and never too crowded.

Review 18：- you have to pay for air-conditioning - the waiters in the restaurant do not speak English - the location of the hotel...it's literally in the middle of nowhere, so you have to have a car (on the other hand it's close to San Teodoro - 10 mins by car) -wi-fi was very poor, it never worked in the room, it worked sometimes in the hotel lobby

Review 19：The room was spacious and the backyard was just great. We could open a balcony and see our daughter running around the garden. We had a tremendous view at the sea. We also got a wooden crib for a child and not touristic one (which is a huge advantage for us) The swimming pool area was very nicely organized, the swimming pool itself was clean. The hotel restaurant was a convenient way of spending an evening with a kid, but quite expensive.

Review 20：Very windy some days. Would be good to have more activities, e.g. a table tennis table or free use of tennis court which is not used often anyway. Would have been good to have a clean of the appt once a week rather than just at start of 2 week stay. Need a car to get around.

Review 21：Warm, dry air, fresh food, rosemary; Peace & quiet; Beautiful pool and gardens; Sea view from room; Helpful and friendly staff; Walk to small beautiful beach nearby; San Teodoro night markets 15 mins drive away; Small place and felt exclusive but not pretentious.

Review 22：Ants sometimes appeared in the closet but were prevented by repel, which was supposed to be tolerable when considering Sardinian warm weather. Repel may be recommended for travelers to Italy in Summer. This is not a complaint at all but just a tip for someone.

Review 23：Excellent atmosphere, very kind and nice attitude staff, clean room and facility, superb beaches near this hotel and very reasonable bar and pizzeria were all satisfied for us. Car rental is recommended if you wish to visit several beaches. A couple of local markets locate within 10 minutes drive but all stuffs were available there. Anyway everything was fine for my daughter and me. Next time, we will stay at least one week here.

Review 24：The kitchenette was mouldy which made the whole room stink. A lot of noise travels through the walls from the neighbours.

Review 34：We were welcomed amazingly well and we got immediately map of the area with a detail explanation:-) Facilities are fantastic with very comfortable bed. We travelled with little daughter and she could stay in the provided crib for no extra costs. There were no stairs in our room and doors directly to the garden so she could enjoy exploring:-) It is less than 30 minutes from Olbia.

Review 36：We stayed at Cala Paradiso in May for just a few days. Our stay here was fantastic. The place is beautiful, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the region. Owner was very nice and helpful. We highly recommend it!

Review 37：The residence is located in one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia with many emerald beaches nearby. The managers of the residence were a very pleasant lady and her son. We got a room with a terrace and wonderful view to the sea and the mountain/island of Tavolara. The surroundings are very nice with lots of flowers and a nice little rocky coast where you can take marvelous photos. There are a few friendly dogs kept by the managers who really raise the mood :) What I especially liked and what is rare in Sardinia or Italy in general was free and quite good wifi. We were also able to print out what we needed for free. The apartment was clean and well-kept, with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Review 40：It was the best place we have stayed. Two bedrooms apartments with sea view is very roomy and has so lovely terraces (few of them). Great view from the roof (one extra place, like a balcony or terrace). Surroundings very nice, very well kept, very green... Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Restaurant can offer really tasty food, pizzas or sea food.

Review 41：Our stay was very pleasant but for future improvement, it is important that I mention a couple of things we did not like. When we arrived, there were plates and glasses in the dishwasher that were not properly cleaned so the first thing we had to do was to wash them again and place them in the shelves. At night when we went to bed, two of the beds had not been made so we had to look for sheets and do them ourselves. Although the beaches nearby are wonderful, they are not always very easy to reach on foot. Most of the times, we had to take the car and leave it in the parking, which everywhere in the area costs between 1,5 and 2 € every hour.

Review 42：The apartment we received was simply fabulous, with a wonderful terrace, garden and sea view. The apartment was fully equipped and had even a dishwasher and washing-machine. The Residence and the gardens were very well kept. The pool was large, very clean and with great facilities to relax and enjoy the sun. The personnel was also very attentive and kind and food in the restaurant was not only good but also very reasonably priced.

Review 43：There was a lot of ants in our appartment. The room was very clean when we arrived, but there was no additional cleaning during our stay (14 days !). Airconditioning didn´t work, but it was only a minor problem, due to lots of wind and dry air. Wi-Fi is free, but the coverage is limited (restaurant and pool-area only). The football field should be free of charge, since it is mainly used by small kids.

Review 44：Excellent hotel, very nice and quiet, and with a splendid view to the sea from our large balcony. Quite large appartment, could easily accomodate 4 adults. 10-12 fantastic beaches within 5-10 km. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but most of them speaks only italian.
