Review 1：It very colse to the center however the hotel parking is 15€ a day (1/3 price of the hotel room). If one is staying more than 1 night maybe it would be better do consider other solution.
Review 2：The staff at breakfast was not in a good mood. There was a tour group at breakfast at the same time and the situation made our family feel like we were an inconvenience. The tour group would empty the bowls of cereal and when we would ask for them to be refilled it seemed to be an effort. Secondly, the tour group were watching an information DVD in the outdoor courtyard very loud with no consideration of the rooms above. As it was hot the windows needed to be open. Very inconsiderate of other guests. Maybe not the best place to stay if independent travellers.

Review 7：The hotel is easily located by car and has ample private parking space. Reception was friendly and we were directed to our room which was very spacious with solid fittings and furniture, beautiful decor, and a large, comfortable bed. The well-equipped bathroom had a walk-in shower (which elderly travellers like us need!). We enjoyed an excellent dinner of local dishes in the hotel restaurant. On our departure we were delighted when we were presented with a complimentary bottle of house Südtirol wine and a book about the region.
Review 8：Ora is situated near Bolzano and the mountains, the village itself has no heart and is rather dull
