Reviews for Ramot Resort Hotel

Review 1:All was good! Could do with a small shop like in other kibbutzim

Review 2:We stayed for 4 nights in October 2014. It was absolutely delightful. We will definately return.

Review 3:Shame it was expensive place to stay as would have liked to stay longer

Review 4:The location is beautiful and the views from the pool and the room were stunning Great base for exploring the area too

Review 5:no spa - meaning lots of kids in the pool and it's noisy there. price is way excessive and lots other private cabins even more beautiful around at half price.

Review 6:cabin was great, food was great, neat and clean place and nice staff.

Review 7:Remote location (need a car), not enough information in English

Review 8:Excellent food, outstanding views, friendly and helpful staff

Review 9:Good staff and v.nice place

Review 10:pricey for the room quality.

Review 11:location

Review 12:Nothing

Review 13:The view, food and staff

Review 14:Service was so poor.

Review 15:Location great. Chalet deluxe great for family. We loved the jacuzzi bath with lights.

Review 16:The cabin bathroom was very small and not clean. Found several hairs within the bathroom and linens. For the price paid, the room should have been at least clean.

Review 17:The grounds were very beautifully taken care of. The cabins were rustic but private. Enjoyed the spa tub within the cabin for use.

Review 18:We booked for b & B. the room was clean, comfortable and pleasantwith a garden terrace. Breakfast was an excellent Israeli, with alarge selection. We decide to dine there on both nights buffet stylewith a large and varied selection of very tasty food well presentedand good wine.

Review 19:The hotel has a wonderful sitution and view at the lake of Galilea. It is very quiet there, the rooms are spacious and good equipped and the breakfast was excellent.

Review 20:Deluxe chalets very overpriced for what you get . Hotel rooms are very small and pokey for a family. Kids club sparse with not enough organized activities.

Review 21:Beautiful location with lovely view from pool and chalet. Pool is shaded with baby pool.Great spot to unwind.

Review 22:No information in room about hotel facilities, check-out etc which areusually pretty standard!

Review 23:Really lovely room with fantastic views of Sea of Gallelli. Fridge, tvand safe in room which had gorgeous bathroom and large, comfy bed. Ultraclean throughout and decorated to high standard. Loved the pool whichalso had lovely views. Will definitely go back, but for longer!

Review 24:The dinner available at the hotel restaurant with no other dining options nearby; the sometimes less than gracious responses by hotel staff to questions or requests; the offer of free massage for a 2 night stay that became impossible to book due to difficulty in contacting the massage lady and her limited availability.

Review 25:The setting with views of the lake and mountains; the individual chalets; the beautifully done platings around the grounds; the large and clean pool with lovely views; the delicious breakfasts

Review 26:If you're not coming by car then it's not worth it. I was toldby two employees that there was a direct bus from Jerusalem to the hotel--there wasn'T. My wife and I ended up walking 2 miles on the side ofthe highway in order to get to the hotel. (I'd called the hotel andasked if they could call me a taxi and they said no.)Also, I forgot my toothbrush, and when I asked if they had a store where I could buy one they looked at me like I was from Mars and instructed me to walk up the hill (on the side of the highway) about a half mile to the Moshav where they had a store. The facilities and staff were not even close to the quality they should have been for the amount of money I paid.

Review 27:Beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee and the surrounding area. We had acabin which was very nice.

Review 28:Front desk was understaffed during peak check in hour. Staff did not pay attention to our room request made via online booking which meant we had to wait for the room to be ready on check in. Buffet dinner is pretty pricey.

Review 29:Excellent breakfast and beautiful view if the kinneret. Great location to tour the local area.

Review 30:There is nothing bad to say.... We really enjoyed our stay!

Review 31:So far of all the places we have stayed in Israel this was by far themost awesome place!! The room was magnificent! Sauna, Jacuzzi, Largeroom overlooking the Sea of Galilee with a wonderful friendly and mosthelpful staff that we hope to see again!! Thank you Ramot Resort!!

Review 32:The front door staff were a bit hit or miss. Part of that is acommunication problem as Ramot may not be on the mainstream touristroute (it should be!) and as a consequence you may need to speak todifferent staff to get the information you need. The organisedentertainment at the hotel is advertised in Hebrew as is the guided tourof the area -so non Hebrew speakers may miss out though by the verynature of visiting Ramot most tourists will have some thing about themand figure things out. What it would benefit from is a concierge typefunction to help tourists make the most of their stay. It is expensivein some respects (400+$) a night by the time we left and needs thatlittle something extra to put it in the truly luxury resort category. That said the management where very responsive to any problems and dealtwith them proactively. We spent a week in Ramot using it as a base totravel the Golan. I would go back

Review 33:The location is stunning - perched at the hills giving a magnificentview of the kinneret. The cabins are of good quality and the servicingstaff are responsive. Staff in the restaurant were good, friendly andcustomer focussed. The pool is superb and a great place to watch thesunset over the kinneret. For an Israeli resort it is reasonably quietapart from Friday afternoon/Saturday and has a diverse clientele.

Review 34:The staff didn't seem to know much when asked and appeared unfamiliarwith the services the hotel offered. Bar staff didn't really know how tomake certain drinks E.g Martini, even though it was on the menu.

Review 35:Location was excellent for day trips

Review 36:Great view of the area, friendly and helpful staff at the hotel, goodaccommodation. Food breakfast very good and Dinner very good Goodlocation for trouring northern Israel. Should be good for families withsuperb cedar chalets.

Review 37:I would prefer if there is a developed spa and massage center in Ramot Resort

Review 38:Very relaxing place and very nice interactive with the nature and Landscape. Carefully designed from its neat furniture to the amazing wooden cabins...

Review 39:Exceptional facilities, staff and location. Wonderful family spot as well. Highly recommended.

Review 40:Everything-the view, the service, the quality and decor of the room and bathroom, the food, the ambience

Review 41:Clean rooms, nice breakfasts trips with guides on some days helpful front desk simple and good lunch menu

Review 42:too pricy

Review 43:clean nice view

Review 44:No computer in the lobby or in rooms.

Review 45:Lovely location overlooking the lake. Fantastic buffet breakfast included. Will be back again.

Review 46:The view was wonderful, the breakfast extensive and the front desk staff very helpful

Review 47:Staff was not very qualified and not friendly

Review 48:location was excellent, food was very good and breakfast amazing, beautiful view from the room

Review 49:Beautiful View. Niece Rooms. Efficient Reception. Vary good Breakfast.

Review 50:Beautiful location, very comfortable rooms, excellent food and service. All around, a great hotel.

Review 51:They should use nicer cotton sheets. The bedding was cheap. The showercould not maintain the water temperature. Went from very hot to cold.
