Review 1：Lovely staff at the reception and lovely food of you'd want to grab something, made by Nano, the awesome chef. Staff will do anything to help you and make sure you have a pleasant stay!

Review 3：Our stay at Villa Bau Nyale was very pleasant. The hotel was very helpful in arranging transport from the airport. The villa rooms, all located in close proximity to the pool, were well proportioned and decorated, and the semi-outdoor private bathrooms were a interesting addition. The property is only a short scooter-ride from a number of beaches, and we were able to rent a scooter directly at the villas. Would stay here again.

Review 4：Unfortunately the Wifi doesn't work in the rooms - we already knew that before as we read it in other reviews, so it was not a big deal for us.

Review 5：The rooms at Villa Bau Nyale are very neat and comfy. The areal of the hotel is very beautiful and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is really, really friendly and helpful - I fell ill during my stay and they organised that I could see a doctor in the middle of the night.

Review 8：Initially I wasn't going to be on a scooter and it's quite a walk to Kuta. The staff sorted me out with a vehicle cheap and even helped me practice as I was a first time rider.

Review 9：The staff ay VBN were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, professional and gave me good recommendations for places to explore nearby. The VIP bungalow is fabulous with a gorgeous outdoor bathroom.

Review 10：The villa is nestled in a local village, giving the feel of staying in a local kampong. It is about 8 minutes stroll to the main street where plenty of restaurants are situated. The villa is only a short drive away from the most amazing beaches around Kuta. The restaurant of the villa also can cook up some nice local and western selections from their menu.

Review 16：The rooms are extremely noisy (hotel is next to a crowded village with screaming kids around 5.30 AM), but you can also hear everything from the neighbours. The breakfast is very poor if you compare it to other hotels in Bali/Lombok. Even de eggs were not well-prepared. We booked a scooter for the next day, but it wasn't ready (they forgot). The guy behind the reception doesn't have the energy to make your stay great. He is not interested and is extremely slow. He doesn't care I think

Review 18：The kitchen staff starting with the chef, Nano, and his staff were excellent. The pool was fantastic for the afternoon break, and we found the location of the property to be good.

Review 19：The bathroom door is noise. I had to lift it so that it wouldn't scratch the floor making a horrible noise. And unfortunately., next to our room, there was a family with children or a child and they banged the door constantly. Super noisy. It happened before dinner time and when they returned later at night. That was just unlucky, as the other guests were quite.
