Review 1：High class hotel, excellent service, classy clientele, calm, 5 star WiFi. The city is full of hidden treasures, no tourists, excellent restaurants and cafés, cheap, friendly environment and openness. Lot of coolness. We loved it!

Review 9：All the staff were highly professional and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The Location is perfect on the edge of the lake and an easy walk into town. The rooms are tastefully decorated. There are excellent parking facilities. Breakfast was a combination of hot and cold food. There was a good variety dishes to suit all tastes.

Review 10：After 12.00 midnight, the bar was closed. We could not have any drink. For that we had to walk to the Center about 20-25 min away.

We also had an unexpected culinary experience during dinner :-) - the food was simply delicious; one could taste the freshness and excellent quality of ingredients. We experienced the same was at the morning buffet which offered a big variety. The hotel is well located, close to the center and by the lake. A highly recommended place to stay and explore the city and surroundings of Ioannina!

Review 50：A bit far from the city of Ioannina to walk specially in winter and therefore someone would expect a magazine shop within the hotel. To my Knowledge there was none.

Review 54：The spa. We arrived on a Friday and I was informed I could only use the pool, sauna and steam room because they would close the spa area on Monday for renovation works..never really understood why I could not get a massage since they planned to close two days after.
