Review 1：Sadly, the beautiful and relaxing serenity of this great little hotel is disturbed by a loud bar next door. A few umbrellas to provide shade at the pool would make the place even better.

The surrounding beaches nice , kuta lombok was crowded.one young local spat at our feet when would not buy a fresh coconut from him .other young men would race up and down the street on bored out 50cc motor bikes creating a noise problem. It felt like a large percentage of young locals did not want tourists in there town, just give me money or get out , a shame.apart from the surrounding beaches kuta itself was very dirty compared to other places on lombok Stayed 6 nights ,5 nights to long

We could hire scooters from them for AUD$5 per day so we could get to other beaches which was really convenient. The bungalows were really comfortable and clean and the layout of the place was good with the pool in the middle with bungalows facing them. Very good value for money !!

Review 58：The friendly staff were forever smiling and willing to help in any way. The garden was tranquil and inviting. The bungalows offered privacy and were spaced apart sufficiently to offer the forementioned. All in all we would stay at Puri Rinjani again if the opportunity arose.

Review 59：The waves were so good one day that I stayed out a bit too long and copped a really bad case of sun stoke. Wear your hat and sun screen in the water kiddies.

Non-guest were in the swimmingpool all day long. Street dogs are running through the garden. No good beach within walking distance. You need transport to reach the nice beaches of kuta.

Review 82：I loved the garden and the pool area. Have been there for 4 days, but I went out for surfing every day. So I didn't spend so much time in the complex. I had a great massage one afternoon after surfing. The night security guy helped me to get a big cockroach out of my bathroom one evening:) breakfast was good, comfy bed! Review 87：When I arrived at the bungalows, initially I was a little apprehensive as a lot of building work was going on at the entrance. Thankfully you don't hear any noise from it at all. Although I had my blinds closed at night, you could still see into the room from outside if the lights were on. The wifi connection was inconsistent at times.

Review 88：The bungalow was an ideal size, comfortable bed and cleaned daily. It had a safe box which was easy to use. Breakfast was included and for the four days I was there I tried something different. It was prefect for a single female who wanted to relax and chill in beautiful surroundings.

Review 94：It's very peaceful within the hotel compound. Nice sized pool. Comfortable bed. Room simple furnishing but comfortable.

Review 95：We had read that kuta lombok can be dodgy so decided to book a scooter through the hotel as we assumed they would book a trustworthy supplier. Big mistake. They called a random guy from the street (unbeknownst to us) who arrived with a scooter which was in poor condition. We assumed the guy was affiliated with the hotel or at least operated as a business. During our 4 day stay the bike was satisfactory (just). The night before we left the owner turned up at the hotel claiming we had damaged his scooter which was completely untrue. It was a scam. He demanded that we pay for the damaged part or buy the scooter, neither of which we would do since we knew we were getting played. A fairly heated exchange took place for over 1 hour after which we decided to take the matter to the police. We asked security at the hotel to contact the police but he refused. Other staff were completey unhelpful and appeared intimidated by the scooter owner and were reluctant to help us. We even called the manager who was rude and unhelpful. We visited the police with the scammer and a member of the hotel staff who was to act as a translator (who was useless - again due to intimidation). The cops actually were surprisingly helpful and helped reduce the bribe to the scooter owner. Still, we paid for damage that we were not responsible for. The hotel staff were incredibly gutless. From what we read after the ordeal a mafia type group thrives in kuta. Beware of scooter scams and be careful in general. In summary - the hotel is fine but the staff do not have your back.

Review 119：There is a "mafia" with the taxis in Kuta, and you just can order trasnfer from the hotel. It is very expensive, they want to cheat you with the trasnfers all the time, because you dont have others options. besides they have very bad service. We asked for a transfer to the airport, very early in the morning, and the driver didn't appear! We found him sleeping in the floor and we almost lost the flight! Terrible
