Review 1：Everything,from the room to the food. The whole resort was really clean. The room itself was really clean and had everything we needed for two nights plus the bed was comfy. The restaurants food was excellent.

Review 4：Traffic Noise at front of apartment.Didn't like bunk beds for older & tall teenagers, so this would influence my decision on returning. I would look for an 3 bedroom apartment elsewhere with individual single or double beds.This should be stipulated more in the bed description, especially when i'm paying that kind of money for accommodation at booking.

Review 5：Modern spacious 3 bedroom apartment & very clean. Had good views of the lake. Staff were friendly, however, only dealt with them on check in & check out.

Review 6：When I booked the room I booked a twin room.On making a further unrelated inquiry I was told we had been allocated a double room .On investigation I discovered ALL twin rooms were booked out well before my booking went in. So in fact when I booked and paid for a twin room none were available. We were then offered a roll away bed which although suitable was no substitute for a regular bed Although we enjoyed our stay I find this situation puzzling.I am know advising my friends and family to check and double check any bookings they make to avoid a repeat of my situation

Review 8：Even taking into account peak holiday season this place was excessively overpriced. Double mattress was two mattresses put together, very uncomfortable. We had a room 406B which obviously could be turned into a suite with 406A. Our neighbours in 406A cooked in their room filling our room with horrible cooking odours. On advising reception next morning the response was "the smell must have waffed under the door" Very smart observation but not satisfactory

Review 10：the bed wasn't changed during our stay. No help from staff even when contacted by email in advance in regards to find a place to have lunch on Christmas day. Staff from other hotels were much more helpful.

Review 22：The Resort is just great, the Spa is wonderful, rooms were clean and well appointed. we were on the 4th floor with a view, very nice stay for 2 couples as we had our own bathrooms, well done.

Review 27：Funny smell in the room when we entered on friday. The entrance way up the stairs and ind into the room could be brightened up a little. New carpet and paintings/pictures on the wall. it was clean but looked old and tired for a resort with your star rating.

Review 29：I had requested single beds for 2 adults-disappointed that 1 person had nicely appointed room whilst 2nd room consisted of a bunk bed (which I don't think is suitable for an adult- I banged my head a few times.) with only a central light in room,. Coffee mugs in kitchen were dirty and were taken away by staff but never replaced even after their replacement had been requested.(we were there 4 days)

Review 30：Room on first arrival had an odour of staleness which cleared with the door and window left open. No clear explantion as to why towels and toiletries not replaced daily.

Review 34：that there was little communcation i specifically ordered a unit with twin beds after a 4hour trip was told sorry we haven't got an apartment with twin beds we can give you a refund what is the use of that after a 4hour trip,we rang you and left a message on your mobile that we were in the throws of changing over so obviously i didn't get the message, why not email me if i didn't get back to them in time very poor comunication the unit itself was nice could have been a bit cleaner had to put the centre peice away because of the grime on it ,also the steps into the heated pool were very dodgy ,no trolley for our luggage wich is very hard for older people and no allocated parking spots ,overall wasn't real happy with the service found it to be better in the cheaper motels

Review 42：Only the unfortunate evacuation at 12:30am due to a guest on the same level, leaving an unattended pot on a turned on stove top!! Setting off the fire alarms. While we were unable to return to our room until nearly 3am, the night manager and the emergency services and the Police, controlled the situation brilliantly. These things happen. I was just thankful no one was hurt and there was no property damag, other than the cooking pot! Would gladly stay here again. John

Review 52：We had issues with our check in and had to wait 2 hours after a 4 hour drive - the staff were not very apologetic. There were also guests that left a foul odour throughout one level (fish ??) which was extremely pungent however I realise that the resort cannot control this

Review 60：It was better with the 'package' last year, which included trips, meal vouchers, spa discount, etc. Restaurant expensive so we ate elsewhere. It's a long walk to the main part of Lakes Entrance for an older couple with walking difficulties, but at least this means it is quiet at night. Mattress was too hard, and hot water tank dripped all night. Also the balcony door needs a blind to shut out the blinding street light as you try to watch TV in the evening. There was a used band aid in our bin when we arrived! Yuck.

Also in our one bedroom apartment there is a glass door leading to the balcony with no blind. If we shut the door into the bedroom we don't get the aircon (warmth) but if we leave the bedroom door open for air circulation we got early morning light.

Review 67：The apartment was lovely (other than the two issues). We arrived on a sunny day intending to stay for one night but added to our booking and stayed two. Location is great and rooms a really good size. Bath not long enough but deep and with lovely spa jets. Kitchen large and well stocked. Lounge room a good size. We did 't use any facilities (dinner/indoor or outdoor pool) but found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Had a bit of adventure with a smoke alarm getting all guests outside into the cold around 9:30 at night. Plenty of parking, a few nice cafes up the road. Good discount price for off off season.

An email advising of this prior to arrival would have been polite.The noise of the pool machinery meant I couldn't sleep with balcony door open for access to fresh air overnight. Review 119：We arrived 30 mins before check in and after driving almost 4 hours we were really tired and just wanted to have a short rest but we were denied check in because we were 30 mins early. Yet the carpets in the apartment were really dirty, the window had no curtains, just some poorly made venician blinds that let all the light in and made room feel like the sun was right in there.
