Review 1：Hrúnd is an excellent host, and made us feel comfortable and welcome immediately. I wish we could've stayed multiple nights under her roof as she not only provided us with a lovely room and breakfast, but with some of the most friendly and knowledgeable conversation we had encountered in our whole trip. She provided us with several tips for touring Southern Iceland, and they all proved very useful and enjoyable! Definitely one of the highlights of the trip! Thank you, Hrúnd! Pat & Kristen

Review 7：Nice little guesthouse in Vik. Room was exactly what I'd expect for a small 2 room guesthouse. Hrund was very nice and pleasant and gave me some suggestions on what to see and do while there. I can't really complain about anything. Nice little breakfast for you in the morning. It was a 10 min drive to the black sand beach (Reynishverfi). Def recommend Kosy.
Review 8：Didn't really like only being able to pay in cash. Nothing else really negative other than that we could smell the food from upstairs and wish we could pay for some of that- smelled so delicious! :)
Review 9：Loved the clean, updated room, supplies provided in the bathroom, the AMAZING breakfast basket that was provided. It was nice having a separate entrance, and that the owner kept refilling a little cup of chocolate treats for us (which we promptly emptied... hehe). Free wi-fi worked great!

Review 14：1) It is a family run accommodation and the owners are very helpful, taking interest in their guests. 2) Breakfast - included in the room price; food baskets were prepared by the owner the night before and left in the little fridge in the common area for each room. They included sandwiches, fruit, skyr, biscuits, fruit juices, jam etc 3) Kettle, coffee maker, tea/coffee in the room.4) Toiletries were provided. 5) Free WiFi 6) Room wasn't overly spacious, but enough for 2 people and their luggage. Clean, modern and comfortable. Same for the bathroom.
Review 15：The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. She made us feel right at home. She showed us all the sites to visit, close by, and marked on a map how to get there. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy. The shower had plenty of hot water. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate wre available in the room. We highly recommend the Kosy Vik.

The entrance was separate from/under the main house, which makes it perfect for travelers on the go. Very close to town, restaurants and sights. Great tips and maps from the host. Strong, free wifi.

Review 52：Kósý Vík was a great place to stay! The owner is extremely helpful, kind and generous. When we were stuck for a day due to weather, she offered us a shot, shark meat and a bag of dried fish. It's also a great jumping off point to see the sights in the south. Definitely recommend Kósý Vík!

Review 54：Kosy Vik provided the perfect balance between being homey and offering privacy. It opened earlier this year. Our room was clean, cute, and cozy. The hosts live upstairs and they were lovely people, eager to share tips on secret places to visit in the area. They also set out a terrific breakfast array for us while we were out having dinner. The private bathroom was a plus. It was a wonderful place to stay between Reykjavik and Hofn.
Review 55：Hrund was very pleasant and spend time being very hospitable and giving us advice on sites to see and restaurants to eat. She also treated us to a few items, which really let us sample the Icelandic tradition. She also helped us with directions when we called. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Review 57：Everything really! The host of the B&B was very friendly and made us feel very looked-after. She gave us excellent site-seeing advice too. At the last night of our stay, she gave us some traditional icelandic delicacy (Hakarl and Schnapps) which made the experience of staying at Kosy Vik even more unique. The room was comfortable and came with everything you need. The bathroom was clean and well-furnished. Water pressure was good.
Review 58：This is a family-run guesthouse. The wife was a travel guide so she knows precious tips about traveling. Even the google does not tell us neither a priority order of visiting sites nor where they are, she told us. And her advice made our traveling unforgettable one.

Review 60：The place is very close to the main road n.1 a few minutes drive from the beach cliffs. Room is new and owner was very nice. We got greeted with a piece of frozen shark and Black Death (like vodka). Nice restaurant nearby. Private bathroom was also new and comfortable.
