Remisens Villa Belvedere sells fast on our site. Remisens Villa Belvedere is located in the town of Lovran. Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean park, it stretches all the way down to the Lungomare promenade next to Hotel Bristol. A spacious sun terrace with loungers provides relaxation for guests.

Review 1：On our arrival haven't got the apartment that we have booked and paid 5-6 months in advance. Have to have an argument with the reception manager, in order to get what we paid for.

Review 4：Let me start from saying I would love to come back again soon and wish we could stay longer. We never been to Croatia before, it was our first trip. What can I say – I love Croatia, love people of Croatia, love Lovran, love Villa Belvedere. If you like small towns with unique personalities – go to Lovran. If you like small boutique hotels to stay – go to Villa Belvedere. It might not apply to all the rooms but I think we had the best room at the hotel, I think its room 164. A bedroom and a living room with a small kitchen, not on a ground level, just perfect see view, big outside terrace, everything you need in the room to stay a long time, see just steps away, walking distance from everything. We had 2 adults and two kids in the room. The room worked for us very well but for 2 adults this room is just perfect. Highly recommend it.
Review 5：In the room you can hear the upper neighbors but it may be because of the heavy weight people rather than the poor isolation. Ants in the kitchen.

Review 9：It is a "Wannabe" four star apartment house. They renovatedthe villa nicely, but now they just want to earn money with it. There isobviously noone who goes around and checks if anything needs repairingetc. The rubber seal in our shower was really moldy. The kitchen was okequipped but no kitchen towels were there. Although it is a sea bathinglocation, there is nowhere in the apartment where you can hang wettowels and bathing suites. The highly praised mediterranean parksurrounding the hotel is non existent. So is the whirlpool on the sunterrace. Although it is there, it has been out of order for the lastyear at least. On our second day it was raining in the morning so themattresses were not put out on the sun beds. However it became reallynice in the afternoon so the guest were all out wanting to relax. Icalled the reception to ask for the mattresses the receptionist answeredthat the cleaning lady has already left. To my question whether theremight be someone else who could care about their guest and telling herthat I am not paying the expensive price to lie on a hard woodenduckboard, she sent a moaning waiter to deliver my mattress. Thesituation really got funny when the other guests also asked the waiterfor a mattress. He explained that he was told to bring one mattress onlyand that he is a waiter and that is not his job.... You are also forcedto pay extra for parking, and not even if you are willing to pay arethere enough parking places.
Review 10：Location is good, terrace with sun beds is great. Convenient to go downto private beach. Apartments are nice.
Review 11：Daily towel service would have been good. We didn't get fresh towels until the 4th day. We also didn't have the glass coffee pot for our coffee maker even after we told them we didn't have one.
Review 12：The location was awesome and the staff was friendly. The facilities were very nice and clean. We were able to use the amenities of the joining hotels which was an added bonus. The hotel is right on the promenade for the coast and is a very beautiful walk. The town of Lovran is really nice and less busy than Optija. It was the perfect place for us.

Review 15：I did not like additional charges for my little dog. Advertising as a pet friendly facility, I find an almost 20 EUR a day surcharge high.

Review 17：Accomodation was on very high level, brand new furniture, bathroom, kitchen was fully equipped. Good place with children: quiet and the playground was just 50 m from the building. We had big terrace with gourgeous view of sea. We had marvellous family trip on this place. :)

Review 22：Villa Belvedere is renovated, the main hotel Bristol still needs to be renovated (socialist interior design), once renovated the entire complex will be a top fin de siecle resort. Lovran`s restaurants (and in Croatia overall) need to work a little bit to improve their food quality and diversity (quality instead of quantity).

Review 25：Before arriving, I was quite irritated by the remark on my booking confirmation, that the pictures on the Website were not real but only for Illustration purposes. The owners should publish real pictures - they don't have to hide anything. The Villa is really nice.

There was no cleaning service a nd we ran out of toilet paper! No instructions On how to use the phone so we had to walk numerous times up a hill to the Bristol Hotel only one person behind the desk so the wait was extensive each time!! Brand new facilities but not customer friendly. Frankly false advertising on Booking.com's part. We advised the staff of all these problems but no effort was made to recompense or ameliorate. Tell your customers to stay away!!!
Review 35：Sink had drain problem; water couldn't not flow. We stayed two nights, but maid did not come next morning to make the bed, clean bathroom... When you open the soap, there is no place to put it except near the sink which makes it dirty and wet all the time.
