Review 1：The room was the cleanest I've stayed in and very comfortable. The design is modern, practical and warm. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great selection of food at breakfast .Will definitely stay here again.

Review 4：A superb hotel, located conveniently just 500 metres from the Odos Egnatia junction. Great facilities and staff. We had some noisy guests in a nearby room and the staff dealt with the issue instantly.

Review 5：The hotel may consider investing in some additional facilities dedicated to kids (playground, kids learning area etc.). Additional services such as SPA treatment, gym or recreational environment may also be considered in the future plans.

Review 17：Black, dark decoration. No pool area for toddler. In deluxe double room, balcony with a garden view = french balcon with hardly room for a slim adult, overlooking a parking area. Half-eaten platter of room service food on corridor for hours. Overall looks like the hotel was built to look luxurious but then it's not been taken care of and it's just been left decaying.

Review 19：This hotel, like some others in Greece, allows non residents to use thepool facilities so even though the hotel wasn't full booked it wasdifficult for residents to get access to sunbeds and umbrellas by thepool. It also meant that the pool became a bit noisy with lots ofchildren (non residents) making a disturbance around the pool area. Thegardens needed a bit of maintenance and the fountains and pool haddeveloped areas of green slime.

Review 20：We loved the very Italian opulent decor (a bit ott really) but it hadthe feel of a palace. The pool and gardens were lovely. The restaurantfood was good and reasonably priced. The bathroom was funky and a goodsized. The room was quiet, comfortable and a good size. WiFi was strongat an amazing 12 Mbs and easily accessed throughout the hotel and poolarea. The hotel gps co-ordinates are accurate and the hotel was easy tolocate. There is plenty of parking on site.

Review 21：Some rooms need updating. I don't like bodyschampoo in a big bottle. Better with separate flasks. Breakfast too many sweet items and no dark bread. No fresh salad only preserved fruit in syrup.

Review 23：WiFi did not work and prohibited me doing my work, I spent 3 hrs on arrival on my own 3G and the reception staff failed to communicate to us that they sent someone to check it who did so outside the door of our room! A phone call would have been appropriate. The bar is nice but small children allowed to watch DVDs on tablets with high volume while parents sit drinking is unacceptable and ruins the ambience. The breakfast room was impossible and the lady on the door, instead of saying, "Good Morning", told me to be patient!!! I enjoyed my previous stay here, but this was frustrating and NOT value for money, no breakfast and no WiFi.

Review 24：Beds and room and we were gratefully accommodated with our request for inter-connecting rooms with the children. The polite & friendly waiter in the breakfast room who kindly offered and made a cup of coffee and tea for me and my daughter so we could enjoy it quietly in the reception area as the breakfast room was so crowded and hot!

Review 25：Towels in my room were not clean and worn, the towels were discolored to grayish-yellow, with visible stains. The hotel management should consider replacing the towels or at least to wash wash them properly.

Review 27：Unfortunately we did not know that during the dates 1-17th December they take large parties of teenage school kids who are rude, noisy and was it was not a pleasant experience - especially when we were woken at 5am by the telephone as they randomly called room numbers as a prank!!!

Review 30：Restaurant quality was a little below what I would expect for a 'posh' hotel like this. In the bathroom there was not much space to hang/dry wet towels. No mosquito nets in front of room windows. Bathroom was not cleaned very well. The hotel has whole and 'half floors', which means the lift does not go there. In other words, some rooms need a lift and steps to be reached.

Review 36：Wifi didn't work very well in the room. This is not a 5 star palace hotel by international standards. The luxury seems very pompous. There are several design flaws. For example the distance from the parking lot to the lobby is too long and no one helps you carry your luggage. The pool was crowded by people that were not hotel guests. If you have friends in the area make sure to invite them over to the pool. It's free fir everyone. This is a no-go. When we visited there were almost no guests and the huge hotel was deserted and even reminded us of the Overlook Hotel in the Shining: miles and miles of empty corridors. Don't get me wrong: This is a great hotel and was easily the best one we found on our Greece trip. If I were in the area I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Just don't expect a 'real' palace hotel.

Review 38：This is not 12 minute walk to Ioannina city centre as mentioned on the website. You need to catch a taxi or have your own car to get into the city centre as there are no buses or other means of transport available.

Review 40：We were given a room which was very far away from the reception and we had to walk too much (more than 100 meters). It was not convenient to carry the luggage from the reception to the room walking through 2 long corridors. The bathroom walls were black, which allowed for mould to grow undetected. The access to the hotel was not easy. Although the hotel is on the national road, there is no way to make a legal turn if you are heading towards Ioannina.

Review 99：The hotel is conveniently locate close to the motorway and 10 minutes from Ioannina city center. Rooms are new, spacious, Internet works well, there is a very nice restaurant at the pool and the staff is helpful and friendly. From here you can also visit the archeological site of Dodoni (about 20 minutes away)
