Reviews for Graziella Patio Hotel
Review 1:no elevator, serious stairs. The women at desk took my passport and forgot to give it back to me. I realized at the last minute, while waiting for train to Rome, and had to take a cab back to hotel.
Review 2:Extremely quaint, atmospheric room with lovely furnishings, good toiletries (except combo shampoo-conditioner)
Review 3:I would book a larger room next time.
Review 4:Great place in the heart of the city of Arrezo. Clean and within walking distance of great shopping, restaurant and sites! They had valet parking so we didn't have to hunt for a place to park!
Review 5:Nothing
Review 6:Small but confortable rooms with all you need Quiet room insafe room wifi OK mini bar location in downtown and 10 minutes walk to train station Very helpful and friendly staff Very good breakfast for italian standards
Review 7:Breakfast was only fair. No elevator.
Review 8:Location next to the Church of San Francesco was perfect for visiting the della Francesca frescoes. Easy walk to shopping and the main piazza. Staff were very helpful. Room was beautifully appointed.
Review 9:No lift, only flights of stone steps. Rock hard beds.
Review 10:Centre of town, lovely staff who could not do enough to help. Very interesting that it was part of a luxury goods, real estate conglomerate.
Review 11:person at reception when we arrived was not very friendly and did not tell us not explain to us how to pay for parking on collection of car the net day. This resulted in us paying more than we needed for parking so I was very unhappy to find this out at checkout time. The lady at checkout was pleasant enough and tried to make some amends with giving me a hotel notebook. lack of proper instructions did spoil an otherwise pleasant sat in Arrezo. Perhaps these instructions should be made clearer - written for guests when they check in to avoid reliance on staff speaking another language other than Italian to explain
Review 12:Location
Review 13:Location and staff , hotel is situated in the heart of arezzo, sounds to be like an old small palace , very clean , staff are wonderful and very friendly , will do anything to keep you happy and enjoy your stay , only thing there's no elevator which I found a bit uncomfortable for the luggage noting that reception help me with my baggage
Review 14:The hotel was great, but the city itself would not be high on my must see list. A good place to stop if you need to stay a night after a long drive, but not more than one day.
Review 15:Very helpful and friendly front desk staff.
Review 16:The parking was fairly far away - and it was a public underground garage, apparently guarded, but we didn't see anyone. We had particularly requested parking as our car was full of suitcases. It was also a fair distance from the hotel. We did not like the bedroom below ground-level.
Review 17:The building was interesting, extremely central and helpful staff
Review 18:No hot water until I told them and it took 2 hours to get it. Inexcusable. I did not like being in a room in the basement
Review 19:Staff was terrific. Location perfect
Review 20:The best people you will ever meet. The help and support they gave from the start of our check in until waving the goodbye is extraordinary. The rooms are very beautiful and value for money is very good. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I drop by Arezzo. They made us feel like home. Thank you amazing people of Tuscana.
Review 21:The room was a trifle small but that was our choice. Finding the hotel was not easy because of all the pedestrian streets.
Review 22:Location and comfort. Lots of good advice and a splendid breakfast. The lady at the desk was terrific, the bathroom was splendid!
Review 23:the room was small and our rooms looked inward but that is not uncommon for such a building. Nothing else negative to say but this site demands a minimum of 200 words. I think I'm going to have to go on burbling. perhaps that's enough.
Review 24:the staff were charming. There were good amenities, better than you would expect for that level of hotel. the breakfast was better than the normal buffet one. The position was completely knock out. Car parking could not have been easier.
Review 25:very small rooms (despite free upgrade), tiny bath room make the hotel very expensive
Review 26:breakfast and very good location at 50 m of the chiesa di San Francesco, friendly personnel
Review 27:There is no lift but the staff carry your case for you. The room was on the small side but location far out weighs that.
Review 28:The staff were fantastic, the location could not have been more perfect. I enjoyed having a mini bar and fruit basket each day. The breakfast was terrific with a huge range including eggs on request. The laptop was really useful and enjoyed having SKY TV.
Review 29:Everything; this is a lovely hotel in a great position. Would heartily recommend it.
Review 30:the shower was overcomplicated to use.

Review 37:Excellent location. Easy to walk to all the sights and explore town. Hotel rooms very comfortable.
Review 38:Wonderful central location Outstandingly helpful staff
Review 39:Our GPS could not find the place.
Review 40:Loved the position - it is a short walk to everything we were interested to see.
Review 41:No lift, but no problem
Review 42:Very stylish, perfect location, comfort
Review 43:Cellar location of the room and lack of relaxation areas
Review 44:Comfortable bed and nice bathroom
Review 45:There were many nice aspects to this hotel. They were attentive but not obtrusive. It was a very relaxed stay and a place we will return to
Review 46:Was given a room at basement on day 1 - wierd feeling with lights not on all times
Review 47:Proximity to old town with many restaurants very close by.
Review 48:Location and staff
Review 49:Great hotel with fabulous staff made for a very pleasant stay
Review 50:Parking, it would be great if the hotel has a service to park a car. Not very comfortable bed.
Review 51:The room, breakfast, reception, location.
Review 52:Location was great. Rooms were small but very nicely decorated and comfortable. Very helpful and nice staff.
Review 53:The location was difficult to arrive with GPS
Review 54:Everything was very unique
Review 55:Basement level room
Review 56:Breakfast, convenient location
Review 57:Location was superb, room had character, staff were friendly and very helpful. Made special arrangement for motorcycle parking.
Review 58:Oddly decorated , Moroccan ? Themed room. Parking quite far away
Review 59:Clean an cool room with a great location

Review 61:Nothing- it was great
Review 62:Staff were friendly and spoke English. It's a boutique hotel and had a fabulous breakfast. Location is brilliant in a fabulous city.
Review 63:The hotel was hard to find but with the generous help of a police officer we found it. No elevator!
Review 64:The staff was so helpful. Terrific breakfast which even had gluten-free items for one of our travelers. Comfortable bed. Location was perfect!
Review 65:Hotel was hard to find.
Review 66:Location was great, the staff was very helpful. Recommended a perfect restaurant, food was great. We would stay here again. Thank you!
Review 67:The shower was small.
Review 68:The location...steps away from the Piero della Francesca frescoes !! theroom size and beautiful furnishings. The fruit left in the room.
Review 69:- No lift (I understand this is not easy for a historical building); - Parking not very near (it should be indicated the possibility of "open air" parkings close to the cathedral) - Some details (ie: the lamp shade in our room) are not really representing the real Tuscany classic decoration
Review 70:- Very central position - Elegant and nicely decorated hotel - Excellent quality for the breakfast - Warm welcome from the staff
Review 71:Having booked a small room we expected a small room, but the room was very small!!
Review 72:The locality of the hotel, the fittings and the staff. The staff were particularly warm and friendly which is more important to us than a big room!
Review 73:The price is expensive for what is on offer. The bed was poor, considering the overall quality/price of the hotel.
Review 74:Clearly an excellent hotel with a perfect location for visiting Arezzo. Rooms were well decorated, facilities are good and staff were very helpful.
Review 75:The whole place was fantastic. We had the smaller room. While small, it still meet all our requirements. Breakfast was great as well. Could not fault this hotel and a highlight of our trip to Italy.
Review 76:Room was hot with no windows in late March but was otherwise lovely with exposed barrel brick, a jacuzzi bathtub, and a separate room with a sauna. We should have turned on the air conditioning and it would have been perfect.
Review 77:Great location, right off the Main Street in Areezzo's center. Beautiful room.
Review 78:The rooms are small. The parking is relatively far (although you candrive directly to the hotel for leaving the luggage). If you plan alonger stay and think to use your car frequently, these two things couldbecome a problem. The internet connection is good but not optimal(depending on the room you have). I had no problem with connecting mylaptop, but the iPhone didn't connect.
Review 79:The hotel is located in very central position, the city center is just afew minutes walk away. The rooms are furnished with style and you have acoffee-machine in the aisle and a laptop in the room. The staff is verykind and helpful. The tip they gave for the restaurant was excellent.
Review 80:Great breakfast Location is fabulous, in the centre of the town and within walking distance of everything
Review 81:Wifi was not working Parking (they need to improve the way of managing it)
Review 82:Position Hotel style Staff
Review 83:Great location in beautiful town . We were in old room which fit in with the feeling of the building
Review 84:Being below ground in a quirky room with so many different angles it was not relaxing.
Review 85:Convenient location. Very clean. Good domestic staff.
Review 86:It was a bit hard to find and parking is far away and quite expensive.
