Review 6：For American travelers who are looking to an easy route into Venice, this place would be perfect. Less than 100 yards to a bus which takes you straight into the city, and you can buy tickets from a vendor just next door. Across the street is food, wine, and live music.
Review 7：Lack of glasses in the room, A bit of room renovation would help in better feelings, but we were told that a better room is avaliable in the other section of the hotel.
Review 8：A very nice atmosfere created by two owners incredably gentle, helping their guests and keeping a nice bar - a place, where you can drink good cofee, beer, wine etc. Many locals come into it for small talks, reading etc. - a living place! The room was very simple but comfortable, cleaned every day, you can expect a bottle of table water every morning waiting at the door for you. We chose 4 bed, 2 level room with air conditioner. Maybe it was too simple and old fashioned, but very quiet and clean. A better standard you can get on the street side of the building. Breakfast are in Italian style of course, but tasty and reach. A beautiful old water mill is situated across the street wit a pizzeria, restaurant and the bar. It is really a perfect localisation for Venice and Padova trips - close to them and with perfect bus connections. We are going to choose this hotel next time we want to visit Venice.

Review 17：The room was very spacious, and with two teenagers, was very important. We loved the view of the river & cafes from our room window, and having a bus stop directly across the street was yet another bonus. The breakfast was TERRIFIC! We'll certainly rebook with this hotel in the future.

No hidden charges. We found everything excatly as per the commitment on website. Bus stop is exactly outside the hotel. Only limitation is last bus from venice to dolo is at 12 O,clock night.

Review 42：My wife and I came to Dolo after visiting Rome, Siena and Florence, staying in B&Bs in each town. We were warmly welcomed by Cesare and were shown a couple rooms to choose from. We chose a room on the front with a wonderful view of the river. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, breads and more. As expected, the cappuccinos were fantastic! Cesare and Roberto were always available and very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Venice is reachable by buses that run every half hour.

Review 62：Albergo is an old house and need a refurbish and better inner design. The "bufet" breakfast was poor. It was served slice by slice, little by little, for each client appear in the dining room. The signal of internet is weak.

Review 64：My single solitary complaint about the place would have to be the soundproofing in the room. You can hear every other guest that comes and goespast your door. We were away from any main routes in he hotel but couldstill hear every other door open and close nearby. We were so exhaustedat the end of our days there that it didn't bother us much though.

We arrived late andCesare waited up till 3am for our arrival and just showed us to ourroom, letting us complete the check in the next day. Well located fortravel into Venice if you don't ant to stay in the city itself, onsite secure free parking, great breakfast buffet and close to somelovely bars and restaurants. One night when the kitchen was alreadyclosed they advised me to go across the street to get a take out pizzaand were waiting for me when I got back with cutlery and crockery totake up to the room. Simply fantastic.
