Review 1：The pool was under manintenance. The breakfast not incredible. The towels were washed with kitchen stuff i believe, such as we had tomato sauce (hopefully tomato) on one or two towels. But we could live with it.

Review 2：The restaurant is ok. A lot of choices of japanese dishes. The bed is comfy. The shower worked correctly as well as the toilets.

Review 3：The hotel is quiet old, rooms are not welcoming, dark and not very clean (mouse running in the room). Electronic music played loud until late in night time and in morning for breakfast when you just want to relax. Breakfast very poor. Overpriced for Lombok

The hotel will charge you less money if you don't have a Booking reservation and they will try to charge you extra surcharges of you pay with credit card. Breakfast is really bad quality. It's a pity, the place is nice but no much attention to service. Definitely doesn't worth the money.

Review 21：Our room didn't have bed side lamps (no 16) and the main light wasn't strong enough which made it slightly difficult to read but it wasn't a big deal really. I see that some rooms are equipped with lamps.

Review 22：Friendliness of the staff, they were always smiley and helpful. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Rooms are nice, clean and spaceous, nicely decorated with flower petals on arrival. Swimming pool.

Review 23：Cleanliness - I had to ask for cleaning my room every time (once after 3 days) despite hotel's claim of daily cleaning Internet - very slow and hard to connect with, in room not available Breakfast - it was supposed to be included but in the middle of my stay I was informed that either I pay extra for buffet (extended option) or don't get anything (which was a bit of extorsion since I would have been OK with the basic version I was promised when booking) The air condition didn't work - supposedly due to the condition of the electricity in the whole area. Be that as it may, it just didn't work.

Review 25：Kuta is not what we were expecting...it was dusty, barren and unkempt and each morning we were woken by Moslem prayers invading the morning calm loudly broadcast from around 5am.Lombok drivers and scooter riders are generally grumpier compared to Bali.We have heard other parts of Lombok like Sengiggi are nicer than Kuta Lombok.

Review 27：While the staff we encountered there were mostly friendly, I'm sorry to say that this was one of the worst values for money in terms of hotels that I have stayed at in Indonesia - and I have lived here for 3 years. My boyfriend and I booked a "deluxe" room that seemed dark and dirty and after discovering a bed bug on the sheet in the morning, we checked out a day early and moved hotels. The general feeling is that little thought has been put into the design or construction of the room, e.g. Floor broken, toilet seat too small for the toilet so you have the lovely feeling of touching the toilet bowl when sitting down, etc. It has a very backpackery feel, which is fine, but the room we stayed in should have been 300,000 rp instead of 640,000 rp so would unfortunately not recommend this place.

Review 50：We had 5 nights here, but during our stay we changed 4 rooms! We had many problems here: not working sink and WC, troubles with electricity, not running water.. Moreover, we had one night with two huge lizards in the room, which were running over the heads and shitting everywhere! Furthermore, the staff was very young and unable to fix all these troubles.

Despite breakfast being from 7am, and despite the staff knowing we had a taxi booked for the airport for 7.30am, our breakfast didn't make it until 7.20am. I also suspect they hadn't booked us a taxi as we'd asked the night before, but instead reacted to us asking where our breakfast was and quickly booked one that morning.

Review 57：Do not book this hotel ,,,,, the room was not ready when we arrived and we were ushered to a twin single room and we advised that we didn't book this - we went out for dinner and the room was made up - pillow cases and sheets were stained, towels were rock hard and stained as we'll. a sheet was only provided with a small sarong as a blanket , I woke up with bites all over my hands and head Rooms do not look like they do in the pictures, staff were not friendly, construction was noisy as we'll as traffic in the morning
