Review 1：The rooms were renovated but unfortunately not very well done. The bathroom was very small and the toilet difficult to use. Yet they stuffed a bidet in there.

Hmm warm home made apple pie for breakfast... must start this trend in Australia! Great value for money! I literally booked 30 minutes before I showed and they were welcoming and ready!

Review 12：Cannot fault the Royal Superga for overall quality and value for money. This was our second time here and frankly at 71 euros for two people, including breakfast, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in lovely Cuneo. The hotel is a classic Italian city centre establishment which has recently refurbished it's rooms. The large double bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. Housekeeping is to a very good standard. The buffet breakfast has plenty of variety, and the coffee is fantastic! Location could not be more central, just on the corner of the city square, with great bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Finally, the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. In summary, highly recommend!

Review 15：In the lovely old part of town, right next to the square and via Roma. The staff were really helpful with parking and local attractions. The breakfast, all made in-house was generous, with variety and delicious! The view was comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay!

Review 69：The lobby area is a little tired and can do with some renovation but nothing fundamentally wrong. Wi-fi was very fiddly and complicated like lots of hotels in Italy (need a separate and overlong password for each device, so I needed 4 of them on receipt style strips of paper!), when I got to my room it didn't work - despite the intervention of the staff who tried to help, the router outside my door had a problem so I had to spend time in the lobby doing my mails, very inconvenient. Otherwise, it worked in the other room occupied by my group and nothing to complain about (except a mistake in the room price, which was quickly rectified when spotted), it's a very good hotel!

We slept through the street market being set up outside. Breakfast was excellent. They made no fuss about altering our booking and kept a case for us while we backpacked for five nights. Quck response to faults: after a lift failure in the evening the management got a lift engineer in first thing next morning.

They said it was the rules. For the comfort of their guests, they should have comped a small bottle. Good will if nothing else. Breakfast the following morning was fine.
