Review 1：We arrived late in the night. There was not sign or given information where to get the key for the appartment. Furthermore, there were onlz 2 (two) parking spaces in front of the building and given information by the staff on reception is that those parking spots are always full. There was not hot water in boiler, we took shower with cold water in pretty cold evening.

Review 3：Toiletries, inclusive of toilet paper, are not provided on a daily basis. Towels are changed only every four days. There is no dishwasher.

Review 6：This apartment was very comfortable clean and has everything you need and the view was lovely. Having the pool was a big plus with the kids even though you can use the hotels facilities this was enough for us.

Review 11：Apartment didn't match pictures on Booking.com, AC was not turned on when we entered apartment (our baby entered apartment with 29 degrees C), it was not re-cleaned before our arrival - hair and dead bugs on the floor, only one type of blanket (winter one), you have to pay for toilet paper (room for one night around 100 Euro and that can give toilet paper complimentary?!), takes ages for AC to cool of the room, TV in the corner of the room, no way you can watch it from bed and you have to move furniture to watch it from sofa, low service level

Review 13：The Villa that we reserved was in a mess and definitely not clean. Since it was out of season and they were closing the Villa (supposably the next day) - they couldn't send anyone to get our room ready and moved us to the hotel in a smaller room with two beds stuck together instead of a king sized bed (try sleeping as a couple who likes to hug with a 1 inch gap in-between of you). After specifically asking the hotel host if we could stay one more night for the same price, the next morning I go to the reception and a new receptionist tells me that the second night would be around 20e more expensive because they are out of season (shouldn't it be the other way around?). Furthermore, I wait 5-10 minutes + to talk to the receptionists because one of them is arguing with guests about the cleanliness of the room (seems that there is a pattern here), and the `teenager` looking one is just sitting on the computer Facebook-ing.

Review 18：Completely reconstructed old Vila with great furnitures. Very close to the small private beach from hotel Lovran (cost of one bad is 20k). It is possible to use underground garage of Hotel Excelsior.

Review 37：I came to the Vila Atlanta and found out that pool that you see on the photo is not there yet and this is one of the resons I took this Vila for this stay. I got the key at the reception in near hotel and when I came to the Vila rooms were all open, smell of the paint everywhere, ... anyway it is going to be probably a nice place to stay but it is not yet!!!! For a change they offered me a room in hotel Excelsior that is old and nothing like this Vila. Of corse I needed to pay full amounth. Bad experience! Boss was looking on the flor while talking to me??
