Review 1：Staff are excellent at the restaurant, bar and reception - very helpful and attentive. Worth paying extra for the larger rooms. Food in the restaurant is excellent

Review 2：There was mistake made with my booking through booking.com...I was booked in as 1 person instead of 2 adults & 2 children so my bill was significantly higher... the hotel did not highlight this until we went settle my bill despite seeing my family with me...not cool

Review 8：The staff were friendly and very helpful. Knowing we could book in anytime meant we didn't have to worry about being delayed in our journey. The reception staff spoke English as well as Italian. I am glad I chose to stay at this hotel.

Review 9：wi-fi should be free in every hotel and here it's not. The hotel is not very far from arezzo downtown but you need to consider that to get there on foot it will take you from 10 to 15 minutes and the street is not interesting.

Review 12：Although it is a 20 minute walk to the old town it's a walk on abusy high traffic street which meant that I spent 6 euros to get to thetrain station and walk a nice 10 minute walk to the historic centerfrom there.

Review 52：Hair on bathroom floor, dead insect on one pillow, more stuck towallpaper - not a good start. The room had one of those air-cons in theceiling just inside the door, and in common with every other air-con ofthis type I have ever known, it appeared to only work as a fan. Thephotos on Booking are rather misleading as the rooms do not come withlaptops and vases of flowers everywhere. As a result, the rooms areactually rather plain and nowhere near as luxurious as they appear.

Review 53：Staff were very friendly, and the reception area was very welcoming(although in a rather 1970s way). Good breakfast. Easy to find, andquite a pleasant walk into the centre. Arezzo itself is a delight. Thehotel is a slightly odd place - it feels like a 1970s hotel built forbusiness conferences that never came, and seems to be trying to find areason to exist as a result. If it finds it's own personality, itcould be a really great place to stay. As it is, it seems to want to beall things to all men (and that rarely works).
