Review 1：Air conditioning would have been nice as it was unseasonably warm for early November, there was only heating in room, so it was a little too warm at night.
Review 2：Staff are always extremely friendly, the service is brilliant and the breakfast is comprehensive - nice way to start the day. Location is in the middle of town, so easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc.
Review 3：The only problem is that the shower splashes out and gets the floor wet until you get used to it.

The welcome was extremely friendly and the location and hotel in we all rated as 10/10. We had booked garage parking and this was in secure garages in the courtyard of the hotel. We would definately like to visit this hotel again and spend more time in Cuneo.

Review 21：Words can not say enough, the quality of our room was superb, one of the best we have stayed in especially bearing in mind the price. The brother and sister that run the hotel could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent - full of choice.
Review 22：The people who own the place are the most helpful I've ever encountered in a hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and confortable. All amenties were terrific and the breakfast was fantastic! They even gave us bikes (for free) to tour around the city. The hotel was located right in the center of the town next to all the shopping and restaurants. I'm definitely staying here agian and I highly recommend the hotel.

Review 24：Very friendly staff, really service minded. Parking just outside the hotel. Wifi worked well. The room a little bit cramped, The location was amazing - I loved staying in the middle of town, near bars, restaurants and shops. Marked on the square on some weekdays which is great.

When I showed them myinformation, they took it upon themselves to make calls on my behalf andsent me in the direction of City Hall. Cuneo is such a beautiful cityand this hotel is a great choice.
