Review 1：REfrigerator did not work in the room. Insulation of the windows was broken down, cold air infiltrated with closed windows. Needs refurbishment.

Review 2：Hotel is only 5 bus stops from the historical city center, no need for use of car, which is very comfortable.Appreciated free and easy parking at the hotel. Nice interior design, helpful staff, comfortable bed and substantial breakfast.

Review 5：We got in late and the staff took us to the room. The room was clean,newly redone, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were awesome.Slept like a baby. Room had one way glass so lots of beautiful views ofthe Tuscan country side and light coming into the room. Perfect way towake up in Italy. Breakfast was typical Italian, plenty to eat and largevariety of coffee...as it should be in Italy.

Review 16：The room was a little small. There was a large double bed and a single bed (which we didn't need) it made the room very cramped.

Review 17：The hotel is located at a main intersection, but we had a room at the back which was not too bad. It proved to be an enjoyable walk to the old part of the town - very picturesque and historic.

Besides that,the city center is easy to reach by bus or car (approx. 10 minutes bycar)! The breakfast was included and good, the room was sparselyfurnished, but if you'll stay just for one night, the room offersyou all the things you'll need :)

The hotel is a ten minute walk from the historic centre of Arezzo, yet there is free parking and the autostrada is not far either. Highly recommended.
