Review 2：Invested in the hotel, but not maintained very well. Slightly higher level of hygiene is required. It's necessary to replace the curtains in the bathtub with glass and old bathrobes with new.

Review 5：Nothing to add here, for a little less than 50 euros per night you probably get much less elsewhere.

Review 6：Clean room, lots of amenities, reasonable price for one night and free parking nearby. It was also very quiet, even on the first floor where we were staying. Overall a very good choice if the road takes you to Perama.

Review 7：It's not so easy to reach the hotel, very narrow streets, some of them closed for excavation works, so, if you drive a big car could be very difficult to pass them. Triple room is not quite triple (three identical beds), is more a double room with an extra foldingbed and the size of the room isn't as specified in description room (much smaller). With 3 beds there is no room to move or open more than one suitcase at once. At our complain, after the first night they upgraded us to a suite room, bigger, for no charge.

Review 8：Decent hotel,not in Ioaninna, in Perama village. Breakfast may be improved with some fresh fruits and vegetables (breakfast poor for 4* hotel) WiFi was very good, plenty towels, toiletries even bathrobes for everyone. Room and hotel nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Review 23：You can see that the hotel has seen better days and maintenance is not always at its best. It starts with the initial letter of "ovitel" (the D is missing) on the outside; also, better don´t look too close at the tissue of the chairs in the breakfast room; finally, when you walk up the stair case house the wallpaper starts to get a bit loose ... So, not really a 4 stars standard but people are nice at the reception and it is a quiet street.

Review 25：Good accomodation, very good breakfast. It was my second stay at this hotel, I highly recommend for people visiting ioannina or staying overnight in their travel to Corfu.

Review 26：The only downside is the fact that the hotel is located in Perama, a village 4 km away from Ioannina itself. However you should take into consideration that almost all acommodations are located in Perama and not in Ioannina, as it is a sort of touristic village built around a famous cave. And i assume that most people who visit Ioannina will come by car so this will not be a problem. On a sidenote, we booked a 3 person room, and the 3rd bed was actually an armchair bed. It was not incomfortable per se, but you can see that the rooms are not designed for more than 2 people.

Review 67：This hotel lists that it has a restaurant, but it does not offer an evening meal. This means you have to go nearly a kilometre down through the village to a taverna.

Review 71：It is a bit tricky to locate. Although it is shown correctly on the map on booking.com, the directions feature does not send you to the hotel rather that the entry of the village (Perama). From there, its a single street to get to the hotel but you have to look the map and get your bearings. (Dont know if this is an issue with the hotel or booking.com). Nothing other than that.

Helpful amiable staff. 10 minute drive (in the evening) from the center of Ioninnia (rush hour driving time will probably double). Private parking lot.

For the people who need help finding thehotel....when you arrive in the town, follow the airport indicator.After this the Cave indication, will be a stoplight, turn left andfollow the street 1.500 M. Review 89：Good location next to the Perama cave. If you have your own transport it is easy to drive to Ioanina center, and if not - a taxi costs 5-6 Euro each direction. The hotel serves a very good breakfast, the staff is friendly and informative, the rooms with the balconies facing the street are nice, airconditioning is excellent and internet sign in the front rooms is very good. I highly recommend this hotel for a short visit of Ioanina.

After travelling all day and catching a flight to Ioannina, I was pleasantly surprised at the rooms and how elegant the Hotel was.
