Review 1：THERE WAS A SEMINAR GOING ON, BREAKFAST HALL WAS PACKED, NOISY AND SERVICES WERE SLOW. ROOM AIRCON FAN WAS TOO HIGH AND NOISY, THEY COULD NOT LOWER THE SPEED IN HOUSE GUEST, SHOULD BE PROVIDED QUICK & COMFORTABLE DINING AREA WITH EXCELLENT SERVICES

Review 2：Room was dirty with dust on the floor. Old, open bottles in the shower that was left from previous guest. AC in the gym didn't work. No wifi for non-registered guests. Very expensive buffé lunch. Poor choices for breakfast.

Review 4：It took more than 30 minutes to check in as there was only one counter working on the reception. No arrangement for driver. No one was picking the phone on reception and i had to call 5 times to get an extra bed. Tea served on breakfast was cold. I doubt its a 5 star. Over all not worth for money.

Review 5：The Gap in the shower cabinet glass joint which allows the shower water to come out and wet the bathroom outside. The lack of enough conviniently located power sockets for charging points. The bedside lamps had flicker inthem (but I'm sure that's easily corrected)

Review 6：The Lighting is fantastic! Glare free and Very Classy! The Amaltas Spa is very good with competent masseuses. The room is also very comfortable.

Review 19：We came in a delegation and the food and service in the restaurant serving our group was extremely poor. The staff meant well, they were not rude but the quality of service, speed and attention to the customer was seriously lacking. I have traveled across India and stay at nice hotels regularly. The restaurant food is aweful at this hotel. For the first time in over 20 years of travel I got the tourista because of the breakfast. Bottom line, ok hotel, old with a history, quiet, nice and clean, but the restaurant completely ruins the charm of the hotel.

Review 20：Most of the things specially not permitting us use wifi from our ipad as my wife by mistake had logged in from her cell and they told that on free wifi you could use only one device while we told them that we can unlog from the cell. did,nt agree.very admant on this and my whole trip was spoiled as the booking was based on free wifi.

Review 25：My wife and I stayed in Anya for about a week. The rooms are super especially the club room with zaccuzi which we occupied. The service staff was most courteous and always went that extra mile. The reception staff was particularly joyful in their responses. The catering service staff were brilliant too. The menu could have had more choices. And the massage in the spa was the best we have had. The manageress was most professional, courteous and very helpful.

Review 65：This was the second time staying there and same issue couldn't locate our reservation. Seriously they need to "up" their customer service and trust the customer if they are saying they have a reservation . Also they need to get rid of the rug in the rooms.. Fiber is everywhere.
