Review 1：Run-down facilities. Dirty room and shower. Dirty sheets and towels :| Staff not so friendly. Wifi never worked. Noisy since its on the main road.

Review 9：what a disappointment! To start with the location, which is not as indicated on booking or google maps. Management is aware, though probably better for them if it looks like it is near the beach. Not even close, and not close to the centre. Rooms are extremely outdated, as it is one of the oldest hotels in this area. Based on review score it looks ok for this area, as none of the affordable hotels has high rates. Though better off if you book a nice homestay once you arrive in kuta lombok.

Review 11：The bedroom was very dirty. We moved rooms twice as the toilets didn't flush and ended up using the showers by the pool as the bathroom smelt so bad. The electric socket for the fan was hanging off the wall and both the bedroom and bathroom doors were very rotten and falling apart. Some windows had been replaced with cardboard or wood, others were just left cracked.

Review 13：The hotel is very old and far from the town, the town is around 10 minutes walk and if you do it at night its very dark and there are so sidewalks. The rooms have holes on the roof and the toilets didn't work. We booked 2 rooms for a week and ended up leaving after the first night.

Review 14：Arrived late at night, with two sleeping children and although plenty of staff were sitting around nobody offered to help with bags. In the room we found a dozen beer bottles and men's underpants. All of the power outlets were hanging loose out of the walls and lots of maintenance required in the room. TV didn't work at all. Wifi very patchy and slow.

Review 15：In the light of day, things seemed better. The pool was clean, a few broken tiles but not too bad. The staff had smiles. Only stayed until we could move to a better location and room in Gerupuk.

Review 16：Water etc overpriced and submitted to a 20% tax, which is slightly excessive (15 000 a bottle of agua). Not a big deal since it's 5000 across the street, you just need a short walk. No hot water even if the "deluxe" bungalows.

Review 17：The pool corner is really nice, staff is laid back which is really nice for holidays. ++ nice: cockroaches in the room when we arrived= upgraded for 2 days in the nicest bungalows. Really appreciated that.

Review 20：Check-in was rather odd as the bed was made but there were articles of clothing in bedroom, toiletries in bathroom and evidence of a big night left on the balcony. Also the bathroom door had been kicked in with blood on one of the walls, who knows what the previous guests had got up to? Upon informing the staff they apologised and immediately cleaned the room top to bottom. Otherwise the rest of the stay was relaxing and very much enjoyed.

Review 23：Total lack of management. .They first tried to give me a standard room ,with the price of a deluxe room,because all the deluxe rooms with big beds were taken. The deluxeroom,with sea view,lacked features like nminibar ,telephone.The doors of the wardrobe would not slide.Bathroom still under renovation. Nobody seems to think you can not ask the full price for a room that lacks all these features.Bed not fit for a Deluxeroom,wooden box with hard mattress on top.Television reception extremely bad.

Review 28：The location is a little bit out of town so you need transport, and even though you can see the sea from the entrance, the beach is really quite far away.

The swimming pool was a huge bonus but no cushions on the sunbeds so they were super uncomfortable. And there were lots of families, so lots of noisy children.

Review 33：Location was a bit further away than we would have liked. Everything was poorly maintained, run down, the water smelt like eggs. Holes in doors and boards from rotting.

Review 34：Was probably a great resort around 20 years ago. For the price you can't really complain, and we are in Indonesia.

The door, covered in some kind of metal sheet, was broken and rusted and difficult to touch. The same can be said of the toilet, the tab, and the carpet for the shower. I would certainly not call this place a hotel.

Review 55：Air conditioners are on their very last legs. We had three rooms, and none of the a/c units worked well. All were very noisy. Walls in the rooms had multiple holes with exposed electrical wiring. Shower drained extremely slowly. Grounds were littered with trash. For three days nobody was working in the extensive gardens--which were dying of thirst.

Review 67：The location is great. No street noise so you can actually rest. The staff very nice and accommodating. Although local hotel, this is great for those wanting local experience in Kuta. It is a surfing town and not much else there. Local shops and restaurants all around. Beach is actually a 10 minute walk but many different spots to choose from. The breakfast in morning is fine. Three options to choose from. Simple.

Review 76：Second time to Lombok and I sourced a cheap 2 night stay for the first 2 nights of a 2 week stay in Lombok. Room was ok for price, few problems with toilet tap needed to be turned off and on all the time, no security box in room and one in office wouldn't fit my iPad. Ask for another towel as only had 1 but couldn't get it, no pool towels either. No floor towel for slippery tiled floors. I usually stay at Family House which is more central and would recommend that as a nice place to stay in Kuta, nice atmosphere, clean and very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed mostly in Gerupuk this time in Lombok and found accommodation cheaper and better than Kuta Indah particularly at Spear Villas. I didn't realise that August was so busy with European tourist in August so book somewhere if coming that time of year and wanting to stay in Kuta. Anyway had a great time again in Lombok, great place to holiday if you surf.

Review 77：I have stayed at a lot of places around the world, cheap places, this had to be the worst. I slept on the sun lounge at the pool because our room was invaded with ants!!!

Review 79：this place needs DESPERATE remodeling, it's like a big HOSTEL style, not a hotel of any caliber at all, but ok if you are just looking to sleep and be GONE all day! Kuta area is very undeveloped so no surprise there are no great places to stay, this is just a surfer community with lots of great beaches to go, don't expect finding LUXURY here!

The breakfast was just bread,butter and jam, an omelette and a slice of pineapple (that would be fine in cheaper accomodation, not here where you pay more)
