Review 1：The proximity to rail line means very loud fast trains. Window shutters do a good job of blocking out, but if you are a light sleeper best to have hearing plugs!

Review 2：Apartment had good basic breakfast set up in room with kitchen if you want to self cater. Coffee stovetop and milk included. Staff were great with local map and sightseeing tips including best restaurants - thanks!

Review 3：The appartments are lovely and clean (daily room cleaning service) and include a completely furnished kitchen (with a basic breakfast kit) A/C, TV, free Wifi, balcony etc. Look at the pictures, what you see is indeed what you get. Staff is very friendly, multilingual and helpful. An advantage in our case was definitely the free car park. The price-quality is also okay. The old town centre and main shopping streets are only a few minutes walking distance away from the appartments. Next to the appartment, you'll find one of the best pizzerias of Arezzo. We knew that the appartments are located next to the railway and sitting outside on the balcony, you can definitely hear the train noise very well. But inside, with the doors and windows closed, the train noise was barely noticable (another advantage of a well working A/C). Although the building is rather new, some minor maintenace is advisable to keep everything in good condition

Review 11：Perfect 1 bedroom apartment with AC in the kitchen/living room and another in the bedroom, it's a must during summer :). Staff was super helpful and kind with nice suggestions of where to go and eat. Parking is just in front of the building without any hassle. Location is quite good, it takes around 5 minutes to the main street.

Review 20：The train line is very close, and lots of trains rumble past during the day, but between 10pm and 6am there was not many trains. Some people may not like the noise, but my sleep was not disrupted at all.

Review 21：The family room was was much bigger than expected, with two separate rooms. The kitchenette was well fitted out, and there was a small deck. The restaurant next door, just a few steps away, was really good and affordable.

Review 57：If coming by car, it is an extremely difficult access to the hotel entrance. The hotel is right next to the railway line, close to the railway station. The breakfast was pre-packed items presented in a basket in the room.

They phoned for the receptionist to come and let us in at 10.30pm. Unbelievably loud freight trains ran alongside our rooms at ten minute intervals throughout the night. We asked to be moved or our money back the next morning which was arranged.

Simoni is the residence manager and did all his best to help us set up the internet services up front. We had a highly pleasant stay!

Review 86：It is the station which makes it very convenient for day trips. There is a short path to platform 1. The area of the station is absolutely acceptable and safe, unlike other Italian stations. Each room is a studio with a kitchenette, a complete privacy. The restaurant is on the first floor, not very tasty, but works late, which is also very convenient. The staff is very polite and helpful and surprisingly there internet.
