Review 1：Location has construction work happening on the back side that looks like a hotel built in a under construction housing society... So avoid rooms on the back side. It looks really pathetic.

Review 3：While booking on Booking.com, it was NOT CLEARLY mentioned "Taxes Extra", rather it was FULL of Ambiguity, like Simultaneously mentioned " TOTAL Price" & Price Excluding Taxes, once booking was DONE, then it was "Taxes Extra". PLEASE Provide all inclusive Prices.

Review 4：We loved the Couteous Staff, and of course hospitality.

Review 5：A game played by the front desk. I deposited USD 200; however, upon my return to the room front desk called me that I have given him USD 200 that is torn apart from the corner while it was not. When I told the front desk that I will complain to the senior management, his response changed and he mentioned to check the camera. Once camera was check the assistant mangaer came to appologize for the mistake. I was really disappointed for the behavior of front desk staff. Hope Hyatt management will take notice of such behavior.

Review 6：Out of the way location on a highway and no other facilities near by like a chemist. Also hotel had only one functional restaurant so not much too choose from. Hotel is in Manesar not Gurgaon

Review 13：The Saturday buffet breakfast was a mess due to large number of people...we were made to wait first for table and then were given a table in seperate bar section where there was no service and was very difficult to fetch food from restaurant...we were like thrown away and our morning was completely spoiled.The staff was helpful but were over burdened due to large number of guests...there are not enough staff to take care of such large no. of people nor they are tarined or equipped to handle

Review 14：Our check-in was quick and the staff at front desk was keen on making us comfortable instead of standing in Que for check-in...All credit to Ms. Ritu who did our check-inn...also the entire staff elese where were keen on making us feel as special guests...keep it up

Very considerate guy helped us to make the stay memorable with a complimentary gesture and upgraded suite with a great selection of room. Though i generally dnt like the staff over-attendance but this was just a right mix of attendance and alone time.

Review 25：1) after reaching the hotel they took nearly 30 minutes to confirm my room nd give the keys as it seems they had not recived my booking confirmation from their reservations dept so I have to open my tab nd send/ forward ur confirmation letter , 2) when I went to the room the fruit basket had only apples so I asked them to change with mixed fruits as I told them that I can't eat only apples for 3 days, but till checkout it was not done. 3) the swimming pool was having too much chlorine nd bec of this my eyes turned full red for 3/4 of the day nd shower rooms r not maintained properly, no attendants also 4) my booking with you was 9900/- but initially they had charged 11,000 plus tax which had come to 13,300/- plus, so I have to fight that also for 30 mins.

Review 26：Pick up and drop facility is not available at Hotel, which is really a disappointing factor. Hotel location is after toll express so any local services from Delhi/Gurgaon side are not interested to come to Hotel area and like to visit Manesar industrial area. I tried with Easycab services and 2 more local services. Hotel cars are also not available for drop, in 3 day visits, 1st 2 days went very hectic. Later on last day somehow I managed with one local supplier and that too was expensive for me as supplier agreed when I accepted to keep car for full day with higher charges. I understand that location is immovable but at least with some good arrangements on car guest won't face such problem. Even hotel staff also not seems me to be interested to help on this issue, which is bad on service part.

Review 34：Reaching the hotel is difficult if coming from Gurgaon. Although the hotel is very close to the Manesar Toll booth, but its on the opposite side of the highway. So, one has to take a long trip towards IMT Manesar (almost 3-4 km) to reach a u-turn from where one has to turn back and then again cover the 3-4 km distance to reach the hotel. Although this is outside the control of the hotel, but this is one of the main reasons the hotel gets less footfall than it deserves.

Review 35：A great luxury experience at almost negligible cost. Very courteous and friendly staff. Check in and check out was a breeze. Room service (in-room dining) was excellent.

Review 36：The AC thermostat refused to work. Extremely warm at 26 degrees...all night. Late check-out promised and assured...but next day, ushered out by 12:10 by a Manager who refused to give us even an hour's extension to finish our breakfast. Reason given, '...sir, we are sold out...on a sunday...and guests are waiting at the lobby...'! This, after being assured a late check-out by the front desk on a saturday evening! And, then they wonder, why are they losing business!?!

Review 38：Location gave us a tough time. Not recommended for tourists as all the attractions are far and the hotel transport is too expensive. Also, no group tours available. Since the hotel is near the industrial area don't expect a view.

The power backup takes like 10 seconds to come on. We were working on video post production and I lost a lot of data due to power cutouts on my drives.

There is no provision for the drivers stay - they recommend a place which charges appox Rs 2000 per night

I was just arriving from USA and was hot and tired. I refused and was ready to leave. - the front desk staff had great difficulty in figuring out my charges even though I went through booking.com. They put a hold on my account for an exorbitant amount. - the front desk overcharged me and sent me an email after my departure to inform me that they were crediting my payment card. - pay attention to what you are being charged.

Weekend package is totally VFM, very friendly & cooperative staff - from Bharti at the front desk to Arvind & Preeti at the restaurant - who went overboard in ensuring our diverse needs (infants, kids, adults & 4 seniors!!) were met. Comfortable accommodation, a plethora of dining options - with good quality food! The location is hardly 20 mins from Gurgaon, apt for a weekend recharge to catch up, swim, laze, gorge, sleep! Great stuff!!
