Review 1：We found it difficult to communicate with some of the staff ! It seems like this hotel has a very unflexible structure of rules that protects the employees, maybe from dismissal and not the guests from feeling home!

In the lobby, where free Wi-fi wasavailable, the connection was so bad that you could not log on. Nowdaysthat free internet is available even at coffee shops, it is unacceptableto have to pay 4 euros per hour for internet connection at a five starhotel! -The quality of breakfast was very low. Orange juice wasartificial and the croissants like they were baked three days ago. -Thetoilletries in the bathroom were minimal and not of 5* standard.

Review 44：i always ask for a non smoking room only, nice view, high floor and near the elevators. exept the first wish, which for me is a strict condition to check in, all other requests have not been met. we got the -1 floor, we couldnt open the window, far away from the elevators and no view at all.

Review 45：the hotel is located in the main street of Ioannina, short distance to the lake and from the old city. it's a nice and elegant hotel, which could be really be rated as a 5 stars one.

Review 49：for a five star hotel the service wasn't satisfying because spa and swimming pool were closed.An employee at the breakfast was very rude and acted unprofessionaly we have noticed the name of the mentioned employee to the reception desk and written a complain about her altough we have not been informed about the aftermath of the complain.

Didn't like that we complained straight away and front desk clerk didn't even apologize but instead told us to open the window. Didn't like that when we asked to change us to a cooler room, he made us wait until the following day and that we had to ask him again the following day.Very rude. Didn't like that front desk staff when asked to arrange for extra pillows, they question why we want extra pillows and tell us that there is already a pillow in the closet. You can greatly improve on your dinner food. You don;t give a choice for people to choose. Not a way to run a restaurant. Quality of dinner food very poor. You should offer 100% orange juice at breakfast.

Review 58：The opening hours of the swimming pool are totaly incomprehensible: I stayed at the hotel in August 2012 (temperature: 38 C) and the outdoor swimming pool closed at 19.00 h, which is extremely early (especially for a 5* hotel...). The variety of the breakfast is satisfactory but the quality of some products (dairy products and cold cuts) is not the best.

The shower head was broken, there was no plug in the bath. the Air con was inadequate, we had the remove the cover and leave it on all the time to cool the room. Review 68：The quality of services does not correspond to the hotel's pretension. The only elevator was breaking down constantly (we were with a big stroller and chose a 5 star hotel precisely not to be in trouble with it and the small children we have). The swimming pool was closed on Sundays (!?) and was not for children under 16, but that was not mentioned when we booked. We counted on it to entertain the children. The booking was obligatory to be half-pension, but the dinner only started at 8 pm (again, this was not clear when the booking was made). In the rooms was very hot (outside was 12C), and once you open the window, the heating system of the hotel was audible like industrial noise.
