Review 1：Over priced!

Review 2：The property and the hospitality was excellent! There was not a single staff member that passed by without a smile and a warm wish. Loved it!

Review 3：1) They got our name wrong twice in the group. 2) Also the price (package from bookings) was not applied (rack rate was given) at reception. We changed it with a 45 minutes discussion and then at check-out the same mistake and another waste of 45minutes to sort out the package. Over all, apart from the reception and check-out the experience was good. But the last memory is of time wasted.

Review 5：I am frequent business traveler, first time in years i had to pay for wifi. They could better increase roomrate 10 euros a day (which is marginal compared to roomrate) but more convenient. Pity that swimming pool closes at 7pm. Thus hardly any guest can enjoy it. Typically till 10pm.

Review 15：The service i received from the minute I stepped out of the airport was spectacular. Late at night alone girl in Delhi first time to India being a bit nerve wrecking was greeted by a representative and taken to my car booked through the hotel. However did think for the transfer it was not much value for money. Stepping into the hotel was amazing from lobby to room to the butler service. Breakfast had great selection of continental and Indian. Interiors are just so beautiful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Review 49：The staff is incomparable. Ishrat Kaur served an amazing role as our personal butler and I rank her highly as one of the best employees (and people) I have had the pleasure of encountering. She was ever ready to take on any task or request and was exceedingly attentive to our needs as a family of 5 traveling to India for the first time. Gaurav, a GM, bailed us out of a tricky situation in Jaipur and aligned us with Trident Hotel staff which we greatly appreciated. Another staff at night on eve of Oct 30-31 was very warm and kind. He will remember me by name though I don't have his at the moment. Would rec this hotel to everyone. Gorgeous stay and amenities. Loved yoga in the mornings. The gym was well appointed. Pool was gorgeous. Breakfast is fantastic!

Review 50：No chance to sit outside in summer, even on a lovely evening. Moskitos are deemed to be the reason.

Review 51：I love the Cigar Lounge, spacious, comfortable, great view. As well.....try the brunch on Sunday, lot's of Champagne aside the excellent food!
