Review 2：The hotel so bad When i want to hotel and give the saff my booking he toled me the room has leek water I send you another hotel 4 star By the way this bad hotel and west my time 2hurs not solve my case

Review 3：it wasnt worth being a 5 star hotel. The rooms were strictly ok. We had a few problems with the bathtub aswell. The food for room servie is limited, is over priced and not too great. All in all, it was pretty mediocre, I was expecting much better.

Review 5：The room that we stayed had no dayllight coming in felt like a cell.The room did not have a safe to store your valubles, provided but left as free standing! Fridge was not working and was blowing hot air, fridges need circulation! The rooms were not cleaned on timley manner (done after 4pm! when we left room at 9.30am!) All the plug sockets are round pins take adapters!. Had to request bath towels as not enough were left only one when we need 2 min.Internet is very poor and staff not very helpfull---live in digital age travel --internert is neccesity of life -Hotel should accept this as a concept.Too much dust around Hotel as roads are not paved.

Review 61：That you can't dark our the room (the blinds in the bathroom were not good enough) That I was woken up on Sunday at 10am by a staff member ringing at my door and asking for washing - if Id have had washing I would have put it the washing bag and would hated that bad outside of my door as requested) Television wasn't sharp Wifi/internet connection not stable: from good to very poor When having had dinner in my room the person who served it always asked when to come back and pick up the dishes but then never came back to do so (happened 3 times...) Review 63：Since hotel is a part of property which also has a shopping mall, it felt as if we are going out of property to eat. Room curtains were not operating smoothly. Silhouette of person taking shower was visible from room and there was no curtain to be drawn. We were staying with our young children so it felt awkward.

Review 64：Modern Construction & Layout. Feels very upmarket compared to money that was charged. Room layout was refreshing and its size was very decent. Very good breakfast. Friendly and ever smiling staff. Spa was fantastic too!

Helpful & knowledgeable Trainersare available for any assistance. Variety of restaurants were great and'The Monk' with healthier food options was appreciated andfrequented. Room was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. Nightlyturn-down service was appreciated. Nice touches provided - differentherbal teas each night, complimentary bottles of water daily, free foot& head massage, discount off massage. Special mention for thewonderful gym Trainers, and the young girl on Reception. These staff arefriendly, helpful, commendable, and an asset to the Hotel.
