Review 1：Bad insulation which is not ideal in December when it is windy outside The hot water took several minutes to arrive to the 5th floor which resulted in waste of water

Review 2：Very kind staff, very clean room. Room 513 has a beautiful view (but not all rooms with views give you excellent sea view!!)

Review 3：Very nice and helpful staff, we came early and ask if we can live our car in parking and there was no problem they even give as the room erlier. Room was very clean, nice decorated and specious. We have just breakfast - it was very good - but we got 10% discount on dinner in al carte Pirate restourant wich is in hotel and it was very good.

Review 4：Did not receive my passport back on checking out. 30 mins drive away I had to turn around. Staff then told me they did not have my passport, eventually turned up in a draw somewhere. Would not expect waiting staff to put a fork back on to a table after it had fallen on the floor.

Review 7：Very clean and airy room, with a lovely large bathroom with toiletries. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of hot or cold food. Exceptionally good.

Review 13：The Air Conditioning was not working and surprisingly the staff told us to open the window even though there were mosquitoes and we had a 3 month old baby. They came to the room and said its not working. Suggest to check the room straight away rather than waiting till night.

Review 15：Breakfast organization - you have to sit down only at the previously assigned table - which we did not have. Each morning we had to ask where should we sit down - although there were many free tables, but each was assigned to some room number. The staff each morning was saying, that they will organize the table for the next day, but they did not. This is just organizational mess - many free tables and no place to sit, I have not seen such mess in any other hotel in my life. Despite this fact, the breakfast was tasty.

Review 16：Perfect localization, nice room, quite tasty breakfast. Good checkout time, so you do not have to hurry last day.

Review 17：staff members have no knowledge of any customer service at all the wardrobe in our standard double room was so small that the hangers inside could hardly fit in it. The room was very small, we could hardly find space for our to big pieces of luggage.
