Review 1：Some road noise, but closing balcony doors reduced this to comfortable level.

Review 2：Very good large apartment. Nice and clean with linen change and clean mid week. some lights had failed but were changed very promptly. Early check in request was arranged. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants.

Spoke to manager and they where very helpful. Since we where staying in a sub penthouse they opened up another bedroom for us to sleep in which was quieter but still had blinds

Review 11：Coolum is beautiful! It is a clean, picturesque little town which caters to tourists incredibly well. Lots of restaurants, shops and cafes and an amazing beach.

Review 12：we arrived for a wedding at Yandina. my husband realized he had only one sock. so we asked the manager if he had a pair we could borrow. no problem at all so friendly could not do enough for us. we were sooooo greatful. thank you .

Review 13：They put me in a much bigger penthouse appartmen than expected. It added a bit of glamour to my Coolum stay, which by itself is a nice place but not as fabulous as Noosa. The Harvest restaurant downstairs was a great surprise an treat too!

From the welcome we received upon our arrival to the beautiful, sparklingly clean, well-equipped apartments and the proximity to everything - beach and surf, delicious gelato shop and patisserie! An excellent place to come and stay - just wish we could have stayed longer. Would recommend to anyone.

Review 17：Location was fantastic as was the apartment our one and only grip was the bed in one of the bedrooms was only a double not a queen as advertised - my parents were travelling with us so we gave them the master bedroom which had a king size bed so they were very happy and normally I wouldn't whinge about a double bed but we were there for 10 nights and it was very small!

Review 18：The apartments are spacious with all the modern cons. The pool area is lovely & clean, and there were pool toys. The Managers were really lovely & helpful. Walking distance to the beach and Main Street meant outings were easy with children. We drove so the security parking was excellent.

Review 21：The rooms are starting to get a bit tired, they could do with a Reno !! The cooking utensils need to be updated. Maybe a BBQ on the elfresco areas !! Would all make element appartments back to the more modern living styles.

Review 24：The staff were very lovely and extremely helpful. Definitely try the Thai Spice restaurant (just outside the hotel). Their food is pretty amazing.

Review 25：One of the rooms needed a good clean and new beds. The dishwasher went much better once I cleaned the filter that had caked on dirt. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in both rooms and a constant hum in one of the rooms making it hard to sleep.

Ready access to restaurants when you don't feel like cooking. The massage was easy to organise and exactly what was needed to start relaxing.

Review 41：It is probably a matter of personal taste, but my husband and I found the bed too spongey. We kept waking each other up when we moved. The first time I used the stove, I couldn't find the instructions in your information folder. Didn't realise the manual was in the bottom drawer! Luckily I found someone to help after hours. Lastly, we had to provide my elderly mother with help up the stairs to the apartment as the there is no railing, yet she could manage herself up the main entrance from the street.

Review 43：Second time we've stayed here, the first was about 6 years ago. The apartments are still in great condition. Service was also very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We'd requested an earlier check in on the morning of our arrival which was approved. Couldn't ask for better location or facilities. The kids loved the swimming pool as well.

Review 58：We only had a small square of ocean view although the few ocean view ones would be very hot in the mornings. Our bedroom had no aircon so we had to leave windows open.....loved the sea breeze, but our sleep was interrupted by traffic at night and birds early morning. The inside bedroom was much quieter.

Review 59：The apartments were fresh, light and airy . Furnishing were attractive and comfortable,especially the very large beds. We loved the spacious feel and the access of a balcony on two sides. The pool is fabulous if you wish to stretch out for a few strokes. Dining, shopping and the beach are all right outside your doorstep.We made minimal use of the kitchen due to the availability of food nearby.

Review 62：We travelled with another family while we were waiting for the lift after checked in, a woman approached us and introduced that she was a manager and asked us for our room number, how many people, how many apartments we were renting, etc that made us feel awkward and we were told upon checking not to make any loud noise after 9pm later we found out that about 50% of people living are permanent residents.

This combined with constant truck and car noise from the 24 hour McDonald's across the road meant sleep quality wasn't as good as it should be in a holiday resort. Toiletries had not been replaced from previous guests.

Review 85：The front door of my room was hard to open and close, the bottom of the door was scraping the floor. The shower door was similarly hard to open and close in the ensuite. With a few of these things fixed the room would have been perfect otherwise. Instructions on how to get into the carpark and then to my room, would have been easier if one of the staff went with me to show me where to go.
