Review 1：One of the owners is always at the hotel, but it would be better if they hire someone to take care of the guests needs (help carry our heavy luggage up the stairs or give sightseeing advice) instead of talking on the phone all the time. Also, was disappointed with how they handled our request for separate bedding on a double bed. They don't have twin rooms, but I saw a single room, so why is it so hard to place 2 duvets next to each other for me & my sister, just like they did for us in another b&b in Belluno.

Review 3：Medieval stile look and feel but everything inside is new and in perfect condition. They have spent a fortune on the windows and furniture. Great location just by the river. Fabulous place! The price was too low for the quality. Feels like a fairy tale.

Sitting in the garden under apergola and enjoying Prosecco from the Veneto - bliss! Very reasonablepricing - a glass Prosecco was 2 euros. Wonderful breakfast and perfectespresso in the morning.
