Review 1：- Choose double bed in booking.com but got twin bed, reception said its fully booked -The picture at booking.com is a joke, its looks like ellegant but honestly horrible furniture (its use cheap quality), need more lighting at the corridor. - Towel looks ageing, no pijamas like in the picture, cheap quality slippers (its a joke) - Poor breakfast, small restaurant with no waitres give us coffee or tea, its just crowded in the sunday morning but nobody in boiled food stalls

Review 9：front office i'm order hotel from booking.com and check in the night and I pay for three room after that my friend come on late night 2.00 Oclock morning and the staff on front office hold they to check in and must deposit with credit card...beside I full payment before, I dont understand with staff I think stupid staff I says, threfore no problem I clearly on the morning but there is a concern for the hotel to better provide comport to Guests. according to witch we pay
