Reviews for Lemon Tree Premier Leisure Valley Gurgaon
Review 1:When I reached at the hotel, my rooms were already given to someone else and they didn't have any other rooms available. The hotel management asked me to shift me into another hotel which was near Airport. I was very disappointed and I refused thier offer. I made my own way to Delhi and booked another hotel. Very poor management.
Review 2:Nothing
Review 3:Quality of rooms, furniture, everything is sad. They charge equivalent to Marriott, Country Inn but quality is really poor.
Review 4:Location and outer look.
Review 5:The cleanliness was an issue at times. The area can be better utilised. (in terms of interior design and space)
Review 6:The location was great. Quite close to the Kingdom of Dreams. The food was decent and the staff were attentive.
Review 7:Nothing in the hotel was comfortable right from bed , shower , massage person (didn't know anything ) , bad food. Spoke to GM about this - he didn't addressed any concerns
Review 8:1.Untrained Front Office Staff 2.Poor maintainance 3.Laid Back services 4.The worst experience so far as a branded star hotel goes.....
Review 9:Room Was good & Food was good
Review 10:three times reminder given for towel then they deliver . When occupancy for couple then have to keep as per couple . For bathing it's on hight .
Review 11:cleanness is very good . Room size very good .
Review 12:Food - The variety did not match the price. Very limited options for anyone thinking about a light, healthy meal option for a regular business trip. Families may not mind it, but still overpriced.
Review 13:Location - it's close enough to the airport - average of 40 min from the airport with reasonable traffic. Staff - Friendly and trying their best, but not professional
Review 14:Had to wait for almost an hour to check-in into our rooms much after the check in time Were misinformed that the Pool is non-operational when it actually was open for use... maybe they were trying to discourage us from using it
Review 15:Food was awesome Pool is nice if used by a few people at a time Staff was helpful at the time of booking
Review 16:Lack of a parking space. If you come in a car you will need to park in the public paid parking lot in front of the hotel whih os a big let down of you aim to stay for a couple of days.
Review 17:The location of the hotel is great, all the good restaurants are just at a hand's distance, kingdom of dreams is just a throw away. Close proximity to MG road malls. Rooms are comfortable.
Review 18:Many hidden charges - tax rate is 28% than market standard of 17.5% - Internet wifi is chargeable at very heavy rate for whole day. ( even if you book business room ) - towel quality was poor, they all looked dark greyish - Delivered someone else's laundry in my room then started ringing my room phone at early morning - Staff sounded too arrogant , was genuinely expressing interest to help at all - I had placed order for business room which was 1900 sq feet and they gave small room which is 300 sq feet Overall very poor experience. Do not recommend that.
Review 19:Its location is excellent. Many food shops such as dominos , McDonald's, Bekaner etc are with walking distance. Underground metro stations are nearby too - IIFCO Chowk metro is nearby.
Review 20:Rooms : King room feels like you are in a shoe box. Very small. Freshness: Room had stale smell. Had to get sprayed 2 times during the stay. Amenities: Very basic, not 4 star level. Noise: During whole stay I could hear loud noises. The walls are paper thin could hear the conversations and TV from adjoining rooms. Staff: Check in and out - slow and non efficient. Wrong room bill was given to me.
Review 21:Location : The location is good and hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and near Kingdom of dreams.
Review 22:After visiting India a few times by now, I consider myself a hotel expert (or very close to it).My friend AM and I had our fair share of good and bad places to stay.Today I want to ramble a bit about a wonderful Lemon Tree Hotel in Delhi, which my friend Divya highly recommended to me.I booked it because it was rated as very safe and secure place. The huge 60% discount played an important role in this decision as well.Security scan for luggage and guests – quite unusual in my book. Definitely I have never seen it in Australia. Even if deep inside I disagree with checking me and my belongings to this extend, I was very glad that everyone else went through the same process, so we are all safe from each other. I appreciated the effort the hotel management made to provide this environment for the guests.Next was the reception desk. Four good looking efficient friendly guys were serving customers. It took me about 3 minutes to check in. Let me tell you, that this is remarkable. Since it happened so fast, I did not have enough time to gaze around the lobby. So I had to stop and look around because it was very pretty and inviting. And decorated for Christmas as well. We all know that Christmas is not one of the main events in India, so it was even more commendable – anything to keep international customers happy.Lift to the 4th floor took a split second. The corridors had matching prints, pot flowers (some artificial) and cutest little pictures on the floor. I loved them the most. I walked to my room and spotted them now and again. So I left my bag and walked around to take photos.Room was great. And I mean it. First impression was CLEAN. Everything was clean: sheets, floor, bathroom, toilet and inside the wardrobes.Nice fresh smell. A/c kept temperature at comfortable 22 degrees while outside was foggy miserable +6. Minibar and kettle – nice to have. Toiletries and hair drier – even better. Proper shower and bathrobe – this is overkill.
Review 23:Ambience of the restaurant.
Review 24:I liked the cleanliness.location and the comfort of the hotel. Staff. is soft spoken and cares their customers.
Review 25:It was a stinking room and staff refused to change it. There was seepage on the whole wall. Not worth for its price at all.
