Review 1：Amazing experience during our stay in Croatia. Dario is kind and funny, shared a lot of interesting things about his experience and the area. Dinner tastes very delicious. Everything is perfect!

Bath place is roomy and we have a cloth dryer even. 5. The house is crowded with furs. Amazing! Love everything here. Want to be back!
Review 5：The bedroom we stayed in could be too small for some people on a longer stay (no cupboard space). The hunting trophies and skins might not be to everyone's taste.

Review 11：The location of this guesthouse is picture perfect. On a farm environment that sits on the edge of one of the National Parks wild forests, where bears and wolfs roam. It's situated far enough from the main road and town of Korenica. The family that runs this place is very friendly, welcoming and they will provide you with lots of sightseeing advice. Reserving breakfast and dinner at the guesthouse is highly recommendable; delicious regional dishes, prepared from local ingredients. The fruit, vegetables, cheese and honey are sourced from the family's own farm. We will definitely come back to this paradise in the wild Croatian forests.

Review 16：Highly recommend this place. The location was amazing and the hosts were brilliant. Everything was home made with ingredients sourced either at the place or very local. Home cooked food really was delicious and would recommend anyone having a meal cooked rather than go out to the local restaurants. Homemade jam was so good, only disappointed I couldn't take any home. We learnt so much in our stay about the possibilities of cooking from the land around. The rooms are twin and small but so cosy that shouldn't put anyone off. I couldn't reach the WiFi anywhere in the house but it wasn't essentially. We watched the trout get smoked on our first day and was offered very strong schnapps. Honestly amazing hosts and location. Loved our stay.
Review 17：The guesthouse Mrzlin Grad is probably my greatest discovery in this year. It is an exceptional guesthouse about 10, 15km from the entrance to the National Park Plitvice Lakes. The guesthouse itself is located at the end of the road, among mountains, and it is a great starting point for exploring the region, and even a better place to come back to after a long hike/biking tour. Mrzlin Grad is a true peaceful oasis! The accommodation itself is great, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The food is superb! It is fresh, homemade and delicious. Don't limit yourself to breakfast only, treat yourself and book a dinner too. We loved the smoked trout and the apple cake was amazing. Sonja and Branko have three wonderful and playful dogs, two horses, a donkey, chicken. They grow their own vegetables. They work very hard to keep the place as it is, but they love what they are doing and you can feel that. They are both very pleasant, warm and kind, just like their son in law who stayed very late up the first night to check us in. Three days with them felt like a whole week off and I honestly hope I will have a chance to stay at Mrzlin Grad again (and soon).

Review 24：This hunter's lodge is beautifully located among mountains, and is great place to stay if you are going for a hike or to visit Plitvice, the national park. It is perfectly clean and well equiped, and owners are most kind, as well as 3 dogs who will welcome you. Tip: if you want to have a dinner or breakfast there, you need to agree it previously with the owner, and you are in for a delicious and rich home made treat.
Review 25：The room is warm and furnished with a lot of Woods. The living room is decorated with owner's collections and photos. The breakfast is very good. Our daughter has a lot of fun with the dogs and horses, and she learned a lot about hunting and animals from the owners. The stay here is the most unforgettable experience of our two-week travel. We will come again in a summer. I will recommend it to everybody.

Review 29：As mentioned, there are several animal trophies if that's a problem. If not, be sure to ask about the hunting process. You will get an honest answer from an experience hunter about the honorable way to maintain a balance of nature and sport.
Review 30：Branko and Sonja one again provided a warm welcome and terrific breakfast. The distance from the main road is just far enough to make for a quiet night and clear views of the stars. They're quick with local maps and trail recommendations and are always in good spirits. Can't recommend them enough, especially at their rates.

Review 32：Since the area around the Plitvice Lakes is still beeing developed, there isn't much to do after one's visit to the park. Thankfully the host have quite some land around the house with lovely horses, dogs and a donkey. It's in close vicinity to a forest and no street noise to be heared. Host was incredibly helpful to plan the day and to get most out of the stay in this gorgeous area.
Review 33：Our hosts, Branko and Sonja were amazing. They are working hard to preserve traditions of living in harmony with the land; they make their own (incredibly delicious) honey, cheese, brandy and other foods, and taught us much about the surrounding geography, including Plitvice Lakes. We were lucky enough to pre-arrange dinner, which alone was worth the eight-hour drive in the pouring rain from Venice : ) We tried cuisine we have never had before and loved every bite. We also enjoyed talking with Branko that evening. The house is just a few minutes from Plitvice Lakes; our room was really nice; an incredible deal! We truly enjoyed every minute here, and hope to return someday!

Review 35：The pension is located on a farm with open fields and a forrest in the back. It has a ton of character and the hosts are very welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious!
Review 36：There are a lot of animal skins (badgers, a bear) etc on the wall as the owner and his wife like to hunt. Some may find this charming but others may think it distasteful. Our room was pretty small but that didn't really bother us.
