Review 1：The smell of smoke in the room, unfriendly staff, not helpful at all paid for two rooms but stayed in one because we felt unsafe asked for a extra bed for the room and they brought just a mattress and asked us to sleep on the floor, very dirty and disgusting rated as 5 star but it was hardly a 1 star very very disappointed and paid so much for something like this, wouldn't recommend it to any one.

Review 4：Easy to find. staff warm and welcoming, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and powerful. Five minutes to Sikhandpur Metro. Using Uber, ride from airport to hotel was Rs 170. To Ambience Mall was Rs 100

Review 5：Internet access is only one conection per room/device totally unsufficient. Room was the last in the row and Condition air very noisy, and all room above 235 should receive the noise from the electric generator.

Review 10：I did not use the free WiFi at the Bristol Hotel as I had data services activated on my mobile phone. With regards to the breakfast at the Bristol Hotel,unfortunately I can not comment as I did not have the free breakfast that was offered with my booking of the Hotel. Overall I would like to thank all the Hotel staff at the Bristol Hotel. They are all extremely professional and very couteous. They all made my stay at the Bristol Hotel is extremely enjoyable and most memorable. I am happy to recommend the Bristol Hotel to both Business and Leisure travellers alike. The Bristol Hotel has all facilities and is located in a central location in Gurgoan close to the metro station and all the shopping malls. I will definitely stay at the Bristol Hotel again. A big thank you to all the staff and management at the Bristol Hotel.

Review 11：The AC was not working in one of the rooms. Could not be rectified at night. The guests had checked in after 8 pm. left in the morning for a business meeting.

Review 12：Wifi connected but not connecting and doesn't connect everywhere within the hotel .. Which is very annoying if you only contacting people through Internet and don't have a SIM card .

Review 14：I stayed here for one night on Jan 21, 2015. The hotel despite a good location is pathetic in basic hygiene. Beds have bed bugs, stinking bathrooms and rooms. Coffee kettle wasnt washed since days. When i highlighted this to their General Manager he offered to wave off my meals.... Really!!!!

Review 15：The Reception at Bristol Hotel needs to be taught manners , as i was making my client stay, although i had given my credi card details to booking.com at the time of booking , they asked ny guest for a deposit on check in , made him wait for 15 minutes on check in , he said repeatedly he was not feeling too well. On check out i was there at the reception , the reception staff was so rude , and they were not willing to take my card for the payment , insisting that they have taken cash from my guest and adjusted the balance from that amount. Even on explaining the situation , that i had booked for my guest , the reception staff didn't budge , horiible experience all together.

The location was very close to the shopping malls and wine shops and clubs :) The food was very nice & the overall hotel was clean. They have a awesome night club named peppers and entrance fee is not charged from the hotel guests else it's Rs. 2000. The best staff of this hotel is "RISHI" and he is very friendly and helpful guy with a smile always hence Check him out...Whenever I travel India I make sure that I stay in Bristol :)

Review 60：Internet - almost non existent which is bad especially when you're staying for business where you need internet all the time. They charge you a full day for arriving from overseas early in the morning. I had to argue with them until they agreed to charge me 1/2 the fee from their full price not the price I received via the internet. Room not spacious. Limited TV channels - No sports channels at all.
