Review 1：Rather small room, and TV was hanging in an odd location (very high up).

Review 2：Great host, very friendly and gave us some information on the Plitvice Park. Park is about 20 km from the city and it is a nice drive up there in the morning (we came from the south of Croatia). Great breakfast (which was not included but worth it).

Review 9：The location is not the best (just off-road, and there are several other rent-a-rooms around,sometimes with some noise) and that makes the value for money a bit lower. It is relatively far from Plitvice and the suggestions were very whole-hearted but useless regarding the entrance to the national park (we ended up in the most crowded part). Also suggestions about other sights were limited to the broschures available. We would have appreciated a bit of insider ideas....

Review 10：The owners are a supernice family. The rooms are OK, there are fridges on the corridor, which helps. The wifi is free of charge. The garden is relaxing, a large fruit garden, where the kids could freely run around. There are restaurants in walking distance.

Review 12：The owner and his lovely family were very helpful and always available for any request, they used to work in the Plitvice National Park so they gave us a lot of advice and nice stories. Quiet village house with cosy rooms and nice mountain view from the shared balcony. Breakfast was delicious. You must taste local marmalade with donuts made by Mrs. Prica. I'll come back for sure to House Prica.

Review 27：A beuatifully decorated room set in a small picturesque town just around 20 minutes away from Plitvice Lakes. The landlord and his wife were incredibly friendly and welcoming, well familiar with the area and willing to help. The breakfast offered in the place was delicious.

Review 30：In the description it is said that each appartment has a kitchen and it's not the case. You have to share one kitchen with 4 other rooms, that means that you can't really use it whenever you want. The room we had was too small for 4 adults. For the exact same price we had nicer places.

Review 34：Location not as advertised.Claims to be close to lakes it is over 11 miles from lakes not 3 No hot water for showers we got up early as did many of the travellers I think the landlord may have turned off hot water as the pump was noisy.This is not my problem they need to sound proof shower pump we had to start the day not being able to shower just not good enough!!

Review 38：Warm welcoming hosts, clean but petite room, excellent shower - the best we enjoyed in Croatia - comfortable bed. Very quiet - a huge plus since all the other accommodations in the area are on the busy main road - this one is not. Great inexpensive breakfast got us going in the morning!

The room was very adequate for the price and there was a small kitchen area with a fridge and rings for cooking and basic equipment. The restaurants are within easy walking distance. It was quiet and we loved the loaction away from the crowds. It was about 15 minutes drive from the park. We liked the friendliness of the owners and people there.

Review 106：The owner lives on site. He is extremely hospitable. A home cooked breakfast in the morning was waiting for us as soon as we woke. He gave us a perfect explanation of where to go and what to see at Plitvice. He even offered to watch our luggage for the day as we enjoyed the park. When we returned to pick up our luggage we were welcomed with fresh juice and water. All in all the service provided was top class. A perfect place to stay 15 minutes from the park.
