Review 24：I think because the hotel is new, the staff is not yet well trained. They seemed to be nervous when a lot of people are queuing during check in & check out. They were also pretty slow. Another thing is that they did not inform that the guests can actually have a free parking charge but since I'm not informed, then I have to pay for quite amount of money. My mistake as well anyway for not asking it to the front office but they can be proactive anyway.
